Adem did a super job diagnosing what was really going on with my dishwasher and then “bent over backwards” to find a workable solution until I could the real issue resolved. First time user of Mr. Appliance but will always use them going forward.

I scheduled an appointment online, which was quick and easy. I received a text confirm beforehand with a 2 hr window, which I really appreciated. My technician, D or David, was actually EARLY! How often does that happen?! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, which he showed me, and fix it right away. I gave them 5 stars because the customer service is top notch, the prices are reasonable and the technicians are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. What else could you ask for?

Tech came to the house on time, a bit early actually, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Few days later, after setting a time, installed said part and fixed the problem.
Experience was trouble free and without issues of any type. Will use again when needed

Symptom: dryer was not getting hot.
Issue Identified by Mr. Appliance: vent hose was clogged and venting hose not securely fastened to wall. Additionally, a small part overheated and needed to be replaced.
Problem Solved by Mr. Appliance - he replaced the part, cleaned out the dryer of all the lint that had accumulated for months. He saw some lint was black, because of the extreme heat. Fortunately we did not have a fire. Mr. Appliance did a great job cleaning everything and referred us to the Vent Dryer Wizard to fix the bad venting job originally done by the place we bought the Dryer from. Vent Dryer Wizard did a great job and vented the dryer straight out from the dryer to an outside wall vs. using the existing venting through the roof.

Thank you Mr. Appliance - I think I finally found an appliance repair that is honest, quick, high quality work, and reasonably priced. We need more repair shops like this.

Tasia went beyond the call of duty to find the part for my wine refrigerator when the manufacturer was very slow to respond to calls, VM, etc. Once the part was located it was installed quickly and refers cool again!! Very happy with her work and Mr. Appliance.
