Carlos was great today!! He notified us on arrival time and was prompt. Very helpful in explaining the issue and was in and out in no time. I will definitely recommend him to my neighbors!!

My experience was not good, after paying 165 for a diagnostic and a 30 day warranty . The issue happened again in 10 days dryer not heating up again. They wanted to charge me again if they have to order their own parts. I declined the offer and advised I would never use them or recommend their services again,

They took on our job of moving a sub zero fridge so we could get floor repairs done and moving it back into place. Went above and beyond, took extra time to make sure they were careful and didn’t damage the floors. Grateful for them! Carlos was very knowledgeable and kind and took extra time and effort to help us with this.

Carlos and Isaac came today to repair my icemaker. They actually replaced the icemaker. There were some wires that were burned out that they fixed as well. Carlos made a point of checking the wires because he’s seen this happened before so that was very professional. Both were courteous, answered all my questions explained what they were doing to me. I was very happy with the service. As a follow up to this service - the ice-maker didn’t work after their repair. Sad thing is that no one followed up with me afterwards. They just sent me a final invoice. Very unprofessional. I had to call and and tell them it wasn’t fixed and they needed to someone back out. Carlos came out a few days later. He fixed some loose wires but told me the ice maker wasn’t fixable. Was going to call about some possible fixes, but again never heard from anyone. Won’t be using Uptown Appliance again. Out $680 bucks and still no ice. Thanks for nothing. A final update just to be fair. The icemaker starting making ice last night. Who knows, maybe it fixed itself like a transformer. Something must have reset or something, I don't know, but this morning i woke up to hearing the icemaker water supply come on and a 1/2 bin of ice. ICEMAKER FIXED. Revised rating to 3 stars mainly due to non-follow up. This is an update to the post. I made this from three stars to four stars. Joe from uptown Appliances reached out to me and was very apologetic about them not getting back to me quickly and he gave me a 10% discount off of my bill so all good

Carlos arrived on time. He went to work, cleaned the icemaker and coffee machine. He showed us how to clean the coffee machine ourselves more frequently and suggested a tech come out every six months for check up. Very happy with the service and Carlos did a great job.

We had a great experience with Uptown Appliances. Carlos arrived at the time he said he would and quickly identified the problem with our oven. The company quickly obtained a replacement part and arranged to install it. The installation was done quickly and professionally. Carlos took care to avoid tracking in mud and damaging the walls and paint in the kitchen. He went above and beyond to help prevent the same problem from occurring again. This company is our new go-to for appliance repair, and we’ll request they send Carlos!

I had the most amazing experience with this company. I called to ask for someone to come out and look at our dishwasher, and the first thing they recommended I do was contact the brand to see if it was under warranty. Essentially turning away my business to help ME save money!! Turns out, it was no longer under warranty, but I came right back to them for the help. They had Isaac come out the next day and he fixed our dishwashers leak truly in minutes! Outstanding from the business office to the technician.

Carlos and Isaac we’re outstanding! They went above and beyond whenever the dishwasher arrived without the proper parts. They installed and cleaned up afterwards, it was as if the work had never been done. I highly recommend uptown, appliance repair and if you want extraordinary service, ask for Carlos and Isaac.

Carlos did a great job fixing our Viking refrigerator/freezer. He explained the issues that needed to be addressed and showed me the broken parts that were replaced. Very helpful!

Carlos our technician was amazing. We had called a different appliance repair company and didn’t have much luck. Uptown Appliance and Carlos came out. Listened to us about what happened; then immediately went to work. He was able to fix our dishwasher in very short order. I highly recommend calling Uptown Appliance if you ever need repairs. We had a great experience with this company. Carlos repaired both our dryer and our ice machine, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. He was honest, reliable, and very professional from start to finish.

What really stood out was that he didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. With the dryer, he tried a more conservative fix first. When that didn’t solve the issue, he came back and offered another solution instead of immediately pushing for a bigger or more expensive repair.
