Steve was on time and prepared. Obviously knew what he was doing, and it was clear he had been trained on Meile dishwashers. Took the amount of time to complete the repairs that he projected and the price charged was reasonable. Will definitely use again if needed.

He was even willing to coach me through how to troubleshoot and try to fix the problem myself in order to get us back up and running without him…very impressed!

Steven provides a service & knowledge set very specific for our Miele built in unit that was fast, courteous & precisely fixed the problem. He was consciously aware of minimizing our out of pocket expenses. As opposed to the manufacturer who offered no phone support but offered a service tech significantly higher in cost & impossible to schedule. It was a pleasure working with Steve and Appliance Assistance to fix our Miele 4066 coffee machine. Another appliance company estimated the repair at $3,800+ for parts and labor (yikes!). Steve identified the exact 2 parts that needed replacing at $668 for parts and labor, saving us over $3,000 compared to the other "Miele approved" appliance repair shop, and Steve saved us over $6,000 if we would've had to buy a new Miele built-in coffee machine. We are so happy to have our freshly brewed coffee again thanks to Steve's many years of experience fixing Miele products and his Miele training. I emailed Stephen with the problem & he responded quickly. He told me he would call me at a certain time to talk about it & he did. He was very thorough asking me questions about my machine. He was able to troubleshoot & advise, sending me a list of the parts to order. On the appointment day, Stephen was punctual, professional, & so pleasant! He was very neat & cleaned up. He explained what he was doing during the repair, while giving care & maintenance tips.The repair cost is a great value because of Stephen's skill & working knowledge. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience working with Carlos. He came and diagnosed the problem and two days later was out to fix it and was done in a matter of hours. Repair came with a two year warranty on the parts so good peace of mind for at least two more years!
