Truly a best-in-class experience! Can't say enough good things about Mr. Appliance and how they operate. From the customer service people who answer the phone to all of their communication to the onsite repair techs...they've got the process well oiled. Especially the service tech, Adem...he was awesome! Timely, efficient, friendly and knowledgable. He went out of his way to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions in language I could understand. Having to spend money on fixing appliances is definitely not at the top of my list of things to do with my money. If you have to do it...I highly recommend Mr. Appliance!

Very satisfied with Mr. Appliance of Highland Park. We needed them to look at our refrigerator in our office in Uptown. Tasia was on time and very friendly! She was done in no time at all. She needed to order parts and would come back on Monday. The parts were delivered on Friday, Tasia showed up on Monday and completed the job quickly. WOW…Mr. Appliance of Highland Park was amazing. We had a problem with our refrigerator. I called and within the hour, Tasia, knocked on the door, knew exactly what to do, and fixed it. She also was nice enough to service our Freezer while she was here. By far, THE BEST HOME SERVICE we have ever had! Tasia was awesome! Look no further if you need appliance work done on your home. John was great! We have an uncommon range and oven and he was able to check everything, give me tips, and make a few adjustments so I can use both ovens and all the burners again. He also taught me how to use the funky broiler. Thank you so much!

Booking the appointment was very easy, and we were able to call and change it easily as well when we realized we had made an error. Tasia, our repair person was on time, friendly and efficient. She quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered a part for delivery the next day. She was on time again (early, actually!) the following day and got the repair completed quickly. All is working great now, and we are very pleased with the experience!
