I requested a duct cleaning for our dryer. Once at my house, they said they could not perform the service. Instead of advising my wife and moving on, they charged $275 to clear lint from the machine only.

Did not perform the requested service and overcharged for lint removal.

I requested a refund more than once without success.

Horrible experience to the point I feel as if I was scammed. Paid 140.00 to have a washing machine repaired and the technician told me it’s would cost over 1000 dollars to repair. So we agreed it was better to replace it. I call another company and they told me it was just a motor coupling. They fixed it and repaired it at my home for 130 dollars for parts and labor. I contact the company to tell them the situation and was told we believe are tech after my receipt, other companies name snd and a direct number to who repairs it. I would recommend this company I truly feel scammed and ripped off

Needed a handle repaired on my Thermador refrigerator. They sent a repairman, but he said he would need to come back with another repairman (he didn’t feel confident doing it) and he needed to order a screw. Wish the CSR told me they were not confident it could be fixed or at least sent an experienced technician. Estimate given was $450. Paid $160 for him to tell me he couldn’t fix it that day (total time: 15 min). If you have a high-end appliance, just get it fixed the first time with a trained authorized dealer.

Tasia was so great. She came out to give us an estimate on a standing freezer. It was going to be cheaper to replace the appliance so she took a look at the lights in my fridge that weren’t working. Very professional and helpful!

I regret having to write this review, but I feel it is important to share my experience.

I initially contacted Mr. Appliance approximately eight months ago to repair a leak in my dishwasher. They were able to identify and address the leak; however, shortly afterward, ongoing drainage issues began. Over the course of several visits, the same technician was repeatedly sent out but was unable to properly diagnose or resolve the problem. I was charged for these visits, yet the issue persisted.

Eventually, a lead technician was sent and was able to more accurately diagnose the underlying problem. Unfortunately, the repair process has continued to be delayed due to difficulty sourcing parts and completing the fix. Throughout this time, I have communicated multiple times with the local owner in an effort to resolve the situation.

The most concerning issue occurred during the most recent visit. After the dishwasher was examined, a water leak or drainage issue developed that resulted in damage to my wooden flooring. Despite bringing this to their attention, the company has not accepted responsibility or offered a remedy for the damage.

At this point, I have paid significantly more than expected for ongoing service calls, lost considerable time, and incurred additional expenses due to damage to my home. While this experience may not reflect the company’s overall performance, it has been extremely frustrating and disappointing in my case.

I hope they are able to improve their diagnostic process, accountability, and customer resolution practices moving forward!

Incredibly professional and friendly. Had to have both my washer and dryer repaired in a major way and he got it all done that day. Had to take everything apart and replace and reassemble and he did it efficiently and cleaned everything up before leaving, like he was never there. They came next day. Can’t recommend enough.

It was honestly a fantastic experience from start to finish. Was super easy to make and online appointment, we were able to get a quick, same day appointment, loved the email confirmation and the text with the technicians information.

Our technician, Adem was great. He was prompt, professional and thorough. He was able to solve our issue, and I was really thankful that he cleaned up afterwards so well. You wouldn’t have even known he was there.

Technician never showed up and was told the technician would reach out. Then tried calling back and they have ignored each call during open hours. Also the call center they have outsourced to is extremely hard to understand. Have used them in the past with good luck, but very unprofessional to keep me waiting during a 4 hour window then to provide no updates and ignore my calls. Would not use.

The experience was amazing. They returned my call on Sunday, came out on Tuesday. They had to order a part was back on Wednesday to complete the job. I'm very happy.

The technician was polite and attentive. In 10 min he already knew what the problem was with our washer and fixed it really fast. The price was more than OK. Will call them if need to fix any other appliances in the future.
