Solid, efficient work. Oleksii came out early in the week and had to order some parts. Promised it would be done by Thursday and he got here around 7 PM to follow through.

It’s really hard to a find trustable appliance repair company, but this company is best. Ihor came out and diagnosed our stove top oven which was shorted out and we had them come out to install our new one. He was very thorough in cleaning the grease underneath and installed the new range beautifully. He was kind and explained everything he was doing and why. I would highly recommend them.

I called and they sent someone out the next day. Igor diagnosed the problem and ordered the new part. When part came in he came back and installed it. Great communication the whole time.

The service was awesome. He spent a couple of hours fixing the many ice and water problems and showed me the problems and how he was going to fix them. He was quite informative and I would have him back to repair anything of mine that breaks.

Had an issue with the mainboard that couldn't be cleared based on the manufacturer's instructions. They came in and in less than 30 minutes had cleared the issue and the washer was functional again. Very impressed!

This is by far the fastest, easiest and most professional kitchen appliance service I’ve had to date. We have a 42” Jenn Air built in refrigerator that went down over the July 4 weekend. I texted on a Sunday night… got a reply back the same night … and Sergii was over on Tuesday. He had to order parts which he did and came back promptly and without me having to follow up. Repaired the unit, offered a direct number to contact him with issues, and completed the work with no mess. Very impressed with him and this company. The price was competitive too.
