Called for ice machine repair for my juice bar and was asked for my credit card number in order to SCHEDULE an appointment. No quote. No date. Just weird.

I googled these guys, read thr reviews and tried them out, Been in business for 20 years I will say these guys are very honest and have the knowledge. I had an issue with my commercial Hoshizaki Ice Machine not producing ice. Tech knew exactly what to do and how to do it! These guys are worth trying! I am saying this from experience!

Rip off! Bad service! Stay away from these guys. These guys charged $89/pound of Freon and told me to call 4 hours later to report if my ice machine makes ice. They didn't fix or know the problem. Kept telling me that they will come back tomorrow for a week was to discourage me from contacting them. Making $89/pound of Freon and $200 service fee is a good business for them.

For 2 weeks in a row now, both appointments that Our company had, no one ever showed and no one ever called to re-schedule. The owner reached out to me and apologized for poor 1st experience and asked for the opportunity to fix the problem. Everyone makes mistakes and I appreciate Sam reaching out. I will be using Texas Ice Machine for my future ice machine service needs in the future.

I used Texas Ice Machine Co to lease an ice machine for my restaurant, and i have referred several other restaurants to them as well.
Now this was pre-Covid Texas Ice Machine Co was able to get me a small cube ice machine a week before other companies. They were on time for installation and was able to get everything done very quickly and the staff was very friendly.

Texas Ice Machine Company is the oldest commercial ice machine business in North Texas. Not only do they provide rentals, repairs, service and sales but the guys that work there are honest, trustworthy and super timely whenever I call with a service need. It is so nice to have a small, family-owned company like Texas Ice Machine that is still in business in Dallas that I can support!

My wife and I hadn't gone to Torchys in about two years due to our previous experience at the Richardson location. Yesterday we had left our sons appointment and we decided to stop by the SMU location since we've been there before. We ordered our tacos and chips and queso and we were surprised on how full the tacos were with meat. Last time we had torchys at the Richardson location they barely had any meat and that's why we decided to stop going. If you want good customers service and good food go to the Torchys off SMU, you won't be disappointed. The whole staff was friendly from the bar to the kitchen.

I never write reviews but these guys were so great, I had to! They saved our machine when other companies were trying to sell us a new one. I will always be loyal to honest repair guys.
