We contacted TK Diagnostic & Repair for repair of our dishwasher which was leaking water, and service of our washer and dryer. TK responded quickly with an appointment the next day. He diagnosed what the problem was, informed us that the necessary parts were out of stock, and advised us to buy a new washer. But what really special is that he told us what dishwasher models were most reliable! He then informed us that our washer and dryer does not need any maintenance, and spent time telling us to care for them to avoid future problems.!! Amazing!! We have never experienced such professionalism and customer service!! We highly, highly recommend them!!
