We called George’s services on Dec 31….they came out and diagnosed that the control panel and lock was defective…estimate was 515…I paid a 100 dollar deposit….the arrival date came and went…each time I called, I got a new arrival date…until they stopped giving me a new date…months would go by with no update…it’s now September and they called and said next Wednesday it’d be here…and then calling back and offering a different (more expensive) solution…I’m completely sympathetic to the supply chain disruptions caused by COVID…but I think this outfit is unprofessional and I would not recommend them.

Once again they have been able to save me from buying a new unit, this time I had them come and fix my washer.

Always responds in a hurry. Great work and amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable and professional. I've used him several times and will always use him.

The technician was very rude, I had to tell him to leave my house because he was yelling at me. He didn’t repair anything. He was sent by Fidelity Home Warranty. He didn’t even leave any receipt. I don’t know his name

Nick worked on the refrigerator. Something went wrong and the freezer quit working as well. I called him on a Saturday morning and he came right out and fixed the problem. He was quick and courteous.

Home warranty assigned them to me. They were very rude, and ordered a used part that was broken to repair my appliance, obviously would not work. After I complained, they told home warranty company mine was a pre-existing condition and should not be serviced. Crooks.

On a day that I thought I was cooked, I called Mr.Georges company. I could not be happier with my decision. I assumed they would be like every other company and simply upsell a new unit. Nothing could be further from the truth. Professional and on time extremely helpful and they were 100% honest! Thank you!

An appointment was scheduled last week for today. A service technician was supposed to be at my house today between 11 and 3 today, with a notification call by technician when he was 30 minutes out. It is now 3:50 and not a word. This is poor customer focus, most inconsiderate and very unprofessional.

They have had service my AC and fridge,. Unlike other companies that fix and u don't even know what they did, they took the time to explain what the problem actually is. I appreciate honesty. I'll call u back for sure or recommend your services

Avoid these guys at any cost. I called them for refrigiratior repair and the technician guy came and just opened the refrigirator door. Without checking anything inside he said one of the part is broken and he need to order the part. He charged me 65$ for visit and said will cost 400$ for part. Then i said go ahead and order the part. After that its 4 weeks and they never called me. I called so many times and they will keep telling technicial will call you back. So rude.. Avoid at any cost
