The baking element in our oven went out. We called multiple places for quotes but Manny from LoneStar came out the next day, had the part and repaired the element quickly in less than an hour. Would highly recommend.

I made an appointment online with Lonestar Appliance and received a call back within 30 minutes, they sent out a repair man right away. James was very friendly, quick, and efficient. After completely disassembling the machine, he had the dryer fixed within an hour. I was extremely impressed and grateful for Lonestar's quick and easy services. Shout out to James, thanks buddy!

Outstanding service! I had a fridge emergency during a family gathering, and Lonestar Appliance came to the rescue. Their technician was skilled, polite, and efficient. They had the necessary parts on hand and had my refrigerator up and running in no time. Thanks to them, we didn't lose any food, and the event continued without a hitch. Highly impressed!

Same day service on a Saturday and it was not an elevated fee! How amazing is that?When your refrigerator stops working you want it fixed ASAP. Not only did we get same day service but a phone call prior to the service tech's arrival. James was wonderful! He was knowledgeable and personable. He went out of his way to make sure our refrigerator was operating properly before he left. Will totally use them again.

I've used Lonestar Appliance Repair for over 5 years and have been very impressed with their excellent customer service and technical support for my older washer dryer combination. With each visit through those years, Christian has been very thorough with his analysis of the repair need and correcting the issue. I will continue using Lonestar Appliance Repair in the future should the need arise and ask for Christian personally in the hopes that he will be able to be my service technician for the repair.

Mr. Berg showed up super fast and fixed our Samsung washer within minutes. Showed me a few tips and tricks that will save me time and money. He gave me a heads up on longevity of my appliances and was courteous through it all! Seriously, my wife and I are so impressed I am writing this review 5 minutes after he left the service call.
We had a wonderful experience with this company today and highly recommend them during these busy DFW times.

Called about 330, late in the day and needed my fridge fixed. Called me back in about 10 mins said they could come out. Great friendly customer service lady. Manny came out and checked out my fridge. Knew right away what the problem was. Told me he could get the part next day. Came, fixed it and my fridge is back in order. Manny was very knowledgeable and very professional. Very nice. Will be my new place to call. Reasonable prices

I needed to find an appliance repair person Soon to fix my employers residential undercounter ice machine in Highland Park. They came the next day and Manny did an excellent job. They called to let me know Mannie would be here in an hr and he was. He was very professional and explained his diagnosis and why. Then he spelled out our options in a way I could understand. We talked to my husband for an ok. He had the part in his truck so was able to replace it right then. Very convenient. Mannie was great. He put up with my dog and took special care to avoid hurting my trim when pulling the AC out. I am really thrilled with our choice to use Lone Star.

The staff at Lonestar are responsive, friendly, and respectful. Truly great customer service / front desk staff. Our personal experience: our oven stopped cooking, food was essentially being warmed but never baking (we are talking cooking brownies an extra 45 minutes to still have them be fresh dough). Unfortunately it cost $85 to put a thermometer in to do a temp check, tell us it's all good and tell us maybe we are doing it wrong, and leave after offering $400 in parts we don't need.

If you have a broken appliance then Lonestar Appliance Repair is who you should call! My dryer wasn’t heating so I scheduled an appointment and they came out when they said they would and provided a courtesy call beforehand. My technician was Cat and she was quick in determining the problem, relaying it to me afterwards, and then proceeding with fixing it once I gave her the green light! And she was fast!! Lonestar Appliance Repair was very reasonable and responsive! I will definitely use them again as well as recommend them!

The Tech arrived on time. ,well prepared with a great knowledge of his business.He diagnosed my problem immediately , explained causes and the fix to cure. We Agreed on costs, and he immediately went to work, efficiently and neatly. Very politely explained how not to have the problem again, cleaned up , and wished me well. If I ever have another problem, I will request Manny.

We had excellent service from Manny! He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and so kind. We would highly recommend him. He worked on our Kitchen Aid freezer/fridge unit. I contacted Lonestar Appliance repair to resolve an issue with our dryer. My wife and I were very impressed with their service. The team was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and polite. They cleaned up after the repair. We were so impressed that we asked them to fix an issue with our refrigerator. And once that was done we had them back again to resolve another issue.
