Armia did a great job in diagnosing and repairing my dishwasher! He is very good at explaining the problem and makes everything as easy as possible for the customer.

We had a great experience with ASAP appliances! We called and got someone within the hour to come out to take a look at our dishwasher. He diagnosed the issue right away, ordered the part, and they fixed the dishwasher once the part arrived. Polite, responsive, and affordable! Will recommend them to anyone!

My old Kenmore side-by-side went warm on me. Called ASAP and they sent Mike, who diagnosed the problem in minutes (thermostat) and gave me a very reasonable quote to fix it and clean the coils. Called me later that day that he already had the part. Came over the next morning and had everything fixed in about an hour. Very professional and polite. Definitely would use again and recommend.

Really disappointed by the service I received. Called Saturday about my dishwasher and oven not working and explained I would be using home warranty for the repair. I was told that was ok. The technician came out Monday, was polite at first, looked at both appliances and then when I asked him to talk to my home warranty company to explain his findings, he got very defensive and the situation became very uncomfortable. I assured him he would be paid for his work and he still refused to talk to the warranty company, he even put them on mute and handed my phone back to me. I paid him $110 so that he would leave my home but I received no service. My hope was when I called the office back, they would help talk to the warranty company since they said on Saturday that I was ok to use home warranty. The woman who answered in their office was very unprofessional and rude. She refused to work with me and my warranty company and refused to refund the $110. I understand them not wanting to work with a warranty company but what I don't and couldn't understand was the poor customer service, lack of transparency, and lack of consistency from my initial call on Saturday. Having a vendor be argumentative with me in my own home and over the phone was a very uncomfortable situation and extremely unprofessional.

I depend on Mike for all my refrigerator repairs. I know I can trust him to be fair and know what needs to be done. He comes when he says he will. You don't have to continue to try to get in touch with him. He truly is extraordinary. Best I've ever dealt with.

Called on Monday morning about fridge repair before they opened and and Mary called me back within a couple hours and scheduled Mike to come out. Mike knew right away what the problem was. He had to order the part (a damper) and warned me it might be a couple of days. He called me first thing the next morning and said they got one overnighted and he just needs to pick it up in the morning and will come out. He came out ASAP!
He installed it very quickly and the fridge works great now. He gave me some warning about the compressor unit because it's 10 yrs old so I will keep that in mind. I appreciate that! Call ASAP, ASAP!
