My dryer stopped working suddenly and I had no idea on who to call. Just a quick look up on Google and I found Northstar Appliances. Manny answered my call on the first dial and Chris made himself available just within a short notice to fix my dryer. They have a knowledgeable team and I’m glad I found them. They did a great job!

Manny was the best! I called for repair on my dryer about noon and Manny was here by 3:30. Very impressive. Dryer is working and he explained exactly what the problem.

Manny from NorthStar was wonderful. He taught me a few things about my icemaker and oven. He fixed my problematic icemaker. He also helped me avoid a costly oven repair by having me doublecheck something when I thought it was malfunctioning. He also came at the end of a very long day to check things for me. He was very responsive and quick. I highly recommend and will use him for all of my appliance repairs in the future.

EXCELLENT customer service. They came out in 2 days (right at the end of an ice storm) and Manny, the technician was 45 minutes earlier than his window, which was amazing! He replaced the entire guts of my dryer (the whole kit, he called it), cleaned out my washer filter and was out within the hour. Very friendly, courteous and speedy. Would definitely recommend them!!!

Manny is the BEST! Timely, knowledgeable and friendly. Texted him photos of the washer error message and model so that he had the right part - he did so the repair was quick. Back up and running 24 hours later - which is huge with college kiddo retuning home from abroad with lots of clothes to wash!!
