It's really hard to find someone these days who can repair a microwave. These guys did the job quickly and at a reasonable cost.

These guys are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. Give them a call or stop by and see for your self.

If I could give these guys a 0, I would. We have used them for 30 years and the customer service is awful. I called them on a magnetron they sent us last week was defective. Their "wonderful customer service" -NOT- said we've never had a bad magnetron to which I replied, "you're getting one back now." Such rudeness and just mean, mean people. I asked for a call tag and of course they refused. I sent the magnetron back and of course no phone call or anything from them, so I called today. They said yes, it's bad but your customer damaged it. BS we told them but of course they WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY, and they were the typical rude and lacking customer service people that they always are.NEVER, EVER use this company. You'll have a horrible experience. Oh, and yes we used then for 30 years but just ignored their horrible customer service.

My Panasonic microwave stopped working after five years and two repairmen I called referred me to Global Microwave Parts. I stopped in and the gentleman I spoke with looked at the microwave and told me that it would cost more to repair (min. $400) than what I paid or a replacement would cost ($250-$300). I appreciate their expertise and good advice!

I just want to say that Leslie is outstanding, very responsive and very professional when it comes to customer satisfaction. I had a shipping issue, I emailed her and in less than 24 hours she responded as well as rectified the situation. Good customer service is hard to find. Great customer service is like spotting a unicorn.

Roy did an excellent job repairing our microwave. He was quick, efficient, and incredibly pleasant to work with. I called him on the phone and my husband took it up there and he got it back up and running!!!! Highly Recommended.

Brandon was very professional. He explained clearly what he did today on my icemaker and educated me on how to best care for it. He also took a look at my dryer and advised me who to call. I failed to give him a tip, absentmindedly. How can I get one to him?

Had another repairman tell me I needed to buy a new Sub Zero. We told Brandon our thoughts and he confirmed we had a clogged drain. And we needed a new seal around top door.
