My refrigerator was acting like it was on vacation. Nothing was cold, everything was giving up, and I was one degree away from total meltdown. Then Austin arrived. He took one look, diagnosed the problem with the confidence of a surgeon, and before I knew it my refrigerator was chilling like a pro again.
Austin is friendly, knowledgeable, and so efficient you would think he talks to appliances in his spare time. He explained everything clearly, answered questions without making me feel like I needed an engineering degree, and even kept a straight face while I made terrible jokes about things not being cool anymore.
If your refrigerator is warming up to you when it should not be, Austin is the guy who will set it straight. CW Service is lucky to have him. Five stars for a technician who knows how to keep things cool in every sense of the word.

We (and our contractors) were having issues making our fridge and freezer towers look straight and squared up with the rest of our cabinetry, and Jesus must be some kind of wizard because he managed to make it all look great despite our crooked old house! It was a complex problem, and he saved us having to rework our cabinetry so we can start using our new kitchen!! He is a magician, very skilled as well as professional and really listened to our concerns. If we ever need help with any of our appliances in the future, C&W will be the first call we make. CW Appliance repair has been maintaining and repairing our Wolfe Sub-Zero and Scotsman appliances for the last 11 years. They do excellent service, are very prompt and very honest. I highly recommend them to anybody.

Service was very professional and timely. There was initially an issue with an incorrect part, which was quickly remedied. Everything was fully operational in short order. Great customer service and communication! The appliance repair involved, a large subzero refrigerator/freezer as well as a Wolf dual fuel oven. This is a well run and professional organization, which I highly recommend.

I reached out to my neighbors about who they would recommend for servicing my Subzero freezer. I’ve never seen so many excited homeowners to provide a recommendation. Isaiah was my technician. Super nice guy, obviously knew what he was doing. I wasn’t crazy about having no sense of a potential water filter and air filter changeout until he arrived. I think those things are like $85 a pop. I was expecting a $209 service call and nothing more. So the upsell is super irritating. And I don’t put that on the technician. I put that on the company for not advising me in advance that there was the potential for those items to need replacement. Not a good way to keep me as a customer.

Jason was so easy to work with. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and he sent me several spec sheets on ranges that was so helpful. Installation was pretty painless except for a small snafu but they came back out and made it right. I will definitely use this company again.

Ed was courteous, knowledgeable, social, educational and results oriented. He was the right person for our service situation. He solved our issues and gave us number of best practice pointers. He represented the company well and earned high recognition and credit.

We had a service call out to our home office today as we had several items that needed annual maintenance, etc. We have used C&W appliance service in the past and it has consistently been good. However, today we had a gentleman by the name of Chase arrive as the technician. Chase went above & beyond in every aspect possible! Not only was Chase efficient and to the point but also showed a level of professionalism that was unmatched! It was by far the BEST SERVICE we have received to date. He took the time to explain the scope of work, addressed all issues on the spot and handled them while onsite. Chase provided the proper tips for cleaning & maintaining everything until our next annual maintenance. My wife and I highly recommend CHASE as he is by far THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Very pleased with installation team, Jesus and Kevin. Although it took a while for my Wolf range to be delivered from Sub-Zero/Wolf, once C&W received it, scheduling and installation was seamless. Jesus & Kevin were very professional, answered all my questions, helped me register my range and left the work area clean.

Our repairman Kevin arrived early, went promptly to work, and asked relevant questions for the much needed repair.

Kevin also quickly diagnosed the issue and was fast to handle the problem and get it working again - thank you Kevin! Love our Wolf appliances, dishwasher and C&W Appliance repair. No one else will do our wolf cove dishwasher or Wolf appliance repairs but C&W! They know their stuff!

Jesús Acevedo and Kevin were extremely careful and detailed in the installation of our wine refrigerator. Even stayed to ensure that a small issue was completely resolved with the manufacturer. They truly went above and beyond just installing to make sure the item was in perfect working condition and that I had no more questions or concerns. Both knowledgeable and very polite!

Xavier at CES came out to service my tv. The warranty company originally denied my claim, but Xavier and his team took the extra steps necessary to get my claim approved. Without Xavier's persistence, I would have been without a tv. Thanks again for all of your help!

If I could give 0 starts I would as they no showed on our warranty appliance repair. Wouldn’t answer texts or voicemails from us or the warranty company.
