I am recommending Mike from A. S. A. P. Appliance Service to all my friends because he is THE BEST! Saved me from buying a new refrigerator, and later repaired nagging problems with my washer and dryer, making them run perfectly. Excellent communication responding to my call, and then with updates about when he would arrive at my house. He diagnoses very quickly and makes the repair as soon as possible. I appreciate his expertise very much.

I had a great service call experience with ASAP. I called in the morning, and they said they would be by within 2 hours. Promised to call en route. About an hour later, Michael called, then arrived within 20 minutes. He checked out my washer, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within the hour. He was courteous, neat, and considerate of our house (wore masks & gloves and made effort to maintain distance during this time). The repair resolved the issue and the price was reasonable. What more can you ask for?

This review is based solely on a phone inquiry regarding cost structure of services. All inquiries and discussions were conversational and courteous in nature. The 2-start review is based on ASAP's billing structure. They require a ~$70 diagnostic fee (not great, not terrible). However, as explained by the manager, their repair quote is based on the resulting diagnostic "job code". There is no hourly tech repair rate ($100/hr, etc). Effectively, a customer must pay the diagnostic fee to see a repair estimate. They do have a relatively standard policy of rolling into the repair fee the cost of the diagnostic, which functionally serves as a monetary "hook" to use them for repair. This type of diagnostic and repair cost structure policy is unethical due to its pricing obscurity (lack of transparency), and I will not engage services structured this way.

I am so happy I called ASAP Appliance to fix my ice maker. My schedule is very tight but Mike made it easy to schedule an appointment. I give Mike 5 stars across the board. The repair was quick and the cost was VERY reasonable. Thank you ASAP Appliance for making it a top priority to fix my ice maker in a timely fashion and making customer satisfaction a top priority. I will definitely call Mike again if I am ever in need of appliance repair in the future.

ASAP was wonderful! Armia was able to come the day I called and promptly figured out my issue and my oven was back to working in no time. He was very kind and helpful. I’d highly recommend using ASAP for any appliance repair, I know I’ll definitely call them the next time I need someone to help fix an appliance!

Mike was amazing! He found the problem immediately with our ice maker. Ordered a new maker right there (on a Saturday) and he arrived with it on Monday morning! He installed the new one within minutes! We always use ASAP for appliance repair.

Another tech had come out a few months ago for refrigerator & dishwasher check/repair. He did a fantastic job - professional, trustworthy & knowledgeable - so we called again for the washer & dryer this time.

First time user of ASAP, I’m lucky I called them. Mike showed up on time, up- front about the service charge. I was already aware. Mike let me know the refrigerator was not worth fixing, and checked the other one that was good. I would recommend ASAP and would use again.

What a great experience with MIKE and ASAP Appliance Repair. We are all bummed when an appliance that we daily take for granted goes on the blink, but Mike makes the whole experience so much better. Best experience ever! We had MIKE from ASAP come out to repair our refrigerator and clean our ice machine. He was professional, courteous, on time, clean, and so very nice. This was my first experience with ASAP appliances. Here are my thoughts.
- They responded quickly and their technician arrived on the same day.
- The person they sent was Named Mike.
- Mike was probably the most professional and honest person to ever do any work in our house. Explained the issue. Showed it to me, and gave us all the viable options. He finished his work on time. Super honest gentleman and extremely professional.

Everything is now working very well as promised. I strongly recommend this company, specifically Mike.

I have used ASAP appliance repair more than once. I was able to be seen the same day so it really was ASAP. The technicians who came to my house were Mike and Armia (on different occasions) and they were very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with.

Our refrigerator stopped supplying water and ice. I called about 8AM on Monday morning and Mike was at my home by 10AM. He diagnosed the issue and advised me he needed to order a part. Once part came in, he was back and fridge was fixed in less than an hour. He even cleaned my compressor. Also, Mike texted me and kept me updated on delays in the part being shipped to him.

About a year ago, my refrigerator stopped staying cool. On a recommendation, I called ASAP Appliance. Mike was able to troubleshoot efficiently. He informed me that I should call the manufacturer since the refrigerator was still under warranty. He saved me a ton, and I truly appreciated his honesty.
