Outstanding service. James is extremely knowledgeable and most efficient. Had our Frigidaire diagnosed and repaired within an hour. We will definitely be using Georges Services the next time we have an appliance issue. We recommend highly.

John came within a day to repair my old oven. He was very helpful in explaining and correcting the problem quickly. I have used them before on washer repair and always happy with the service.

I would love to give a BIG Shout out to George Services for sending technician Mike to the recuse. My washer was down on a Friday and I Contact my Next Door Neighborhood for help. On a 3 day weekend and lockdown not many takers. I will never forget George Services and Awesome Mike. Mike had been all over the place with so many people needing his right attitude and Appliance Services. He call said I’m 30 minutes out and being there when he said he would be was great. Mike came ready to work and so professional. Informed us what the problem was and the cost and finished the job timely. Mike went the extra mile, in all my 47 years of marriage and some good repair people no one has ever taken the time to clean everything that has fallen behind or under my appliances ,being a senior he knew there could be a big problem if the appliances got hot and all that stuff was on the floor behind those appliances. Mike cleaned it all out for us. something we could not do for ourselves anymore. I will sing praises and pray we get more caring/compassionate employees like Mike being trained at George Services. My washer is good for awhile longer thanks to a young man who cared. Thank you Jess

I saw great reviews in Google and decided to give them a call on a Sunday. They scheduled a visit for the next day for which I was very appreciative since my refrigerator had stopped working.

When they came Monday, they detected that the compressor was very hot and said it was a sealed system restriction, that they couldn't do anything and for me to call LG since I probably had a 10 year warranty.

And they charged a $75 service fee and left. I'm disappointed because if they spent 20 minutes at my home it was too much. Besides, they didn't mention anything of a service fee when I called the day before to set up the appointment, it feels like they just came out here to charge the fee and not do much else on my refrigerator.

Thumbs up to Georges Services!  Nike came to the rescue after another company had replaced oven hinges with inferior parts and overcharged for services provided.  Nike was punctual, professional, courteous, and skilled.  He ordered the correct part and replaced the oven hinges - like new!  A week later, I had another appliance needing repair and Mike (not Nick) came to troubleshoot standing water in the dishwasher.  He identified the problem, repaired it and provided helpfully information for long term care.  Georges Services is my one stop shop when it comes to appliance repairs - they have highly skilled professionals, reasonably priced.  I highly recommend Georges Services!

George Appliance was the absolutely the WORST repairman I have ever experience. I got a 2nd opinion from a different Appliance vendor and was able to get my dishwasher repair at one visit. George gave me false evaluation about my dishwasher and refrigerator. George tried to charge me an enormous cost for labor, parts, and service l did not need. He is runnig a SCAM and l won't recommend him to my worst enemy!!!

Called on a Wednesday. We set up appointment for following Monday. No show on Monday. Texted to ask if they were coming. No response. Got a call Tuesday that they had scheduled it for Tuesday. When I was asking a question about the mix up and trying to reschedule, technician hung up on me on purpose saying "The office told me today." Click. Dial tone. Bizarre business.

My refrigerator/freezer was no longer cooling. I called them on a Tuesday and was able to get an appointment 2 days later. The technician did a call ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived right on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem, found the part needed, and fixed. I will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them with appliance repair needs.

They were prompt, on time, efficient and knowledgeable. Replaced part on my Kenmore washer. Recommend and would use again.

After being scammed by another company, Lonestar was recommended by a family member. Unfortunately, I am out of their service area. Knowing he wouldn't make a dime off me, Drew went above and beyond helping me over the phone. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Almost makes me want to move closer to their service area. :) 5 stars all around.

Lonestar appliance provided an excellent experience for our LG front loading washer repair. They answered the phone each time I called, provided me a quote and the repair technician arrived at exactly the appointment time. Fonzy, our repair man who fixed our washer, went above and beyond as he made sure to diagnose the problem, discuss and explain the repair, and quickly install the new part he already had in his possession. He then made sure to run my appliance through the cycles to ensure proper function and stick around to make sure my dryer was even installed correctly! I couldn't have asked for a better experience than Fonzy provided us and he is the reason I will absolutely call Lonestar Appliance again, should the need ever arise.

Terrible company! Used this company when my refrigerator went out. Paid $1285.00, guy said it was the compressor. He said he replaced compressor, for weeks water was leaking inside the fridge after he said he replaced compressor the ice maker never work.It cooled for 2 months he came back out and basically said he don’t know what’s wrong with it would contact LG never heard back from him. My food went bad 3 times. This was a 2018 LG brand refrigerator. I ended up just buying a new fridge and got ripped off the $1285 for a compressor when that wasn’t even the problem. He created more problems with the fridge. It leaked water on the inside, didn’t freeze or cool, ice maker stopped working. Big waste of money.

Had an issue with my ice maker, and they were able to help me out. I was able to make the appointment with no problem and get it taken care of. Joseph was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to him I don't need to replace my ice maker and its working like new!

My trusty electric clothes dryer quit working without (what I thought) was no advance notice. Manny came out and was friendly and professional. He was going through examination of my dryer and had climbed into the cramped space to test and exam the internals. That’s when I casually mentioned what I thought to be an unrelated symptom. Manny immediately snapped to what the cause would be and had the exact part with him to quickly repair the dryer. Couldn’t ask for a better response or a more friendly, professional tech!

Mario did a great job fixing my dryer. It had stopped heating on Saturday afternoon at the worst possible time, with everyone needing to get clothes done by Monday. I called Saturday afternoon and they were able to schedule an appointment the next day. Mario called Sunday morning, and not only arrived before the scheduled time, but had the dryer fixed as well, saving us an afternoon at the Laundromat. He had the part with him and was quick, courteous and friendly. The cost was very reasonable. I will be using Lone Star from now on.

We had been using another repair company that cancelled on us two days in a row. When I contacted Lonestar they not only made the appointment but returned within the hour with the needed part to make the repair. Chris was friendly and professional. The office also checked in advance of our appt. to see if they had the parts in their warehouse. I definitely would recommend Lonestar!

Called and got an appointment for the next day, Manny the technician called before arriving well within the allotted time period. Manny was friendly and diagnosed the problem and gave me options for the repair. He had all the parts needed for my repair and not only finished in short time but cleaned the inside of the machine and the mess on the floor. This is my second time using this company and would recommend them.

Had problems with dryer overheating and going out. Their crew got out within one day and I worked with Jason to get it sorted and fixed. Affordable, professional, flexible, and quick. Highly recommend.
