I was really glad when the technician told me my stove hinge problems were fixed. The whole service was excellent—my fridge is now working like new. These guys are lifesavers, and I’ll definitely call them again. Highly recommended!

I called for the repair on my dryer because it was making a loud noise. They came as scheduled but didn’t have the parts. He ordered the parts and he came the next day and fixed it . His service to me was greatly appreciated.

Let me start off by saying they messaged asking for a review, I did not expect that especially with the service my family received. On Saturday, December 20th, we called as our oven had started over heating, burning everything. They were able to fit us in the same day which 5 days before Christmas was amazing. Ray diagnosed the issue and decided the oven needed a new temperature sensor and he had one available. Awesome getting it done same day. Now what I had not planned on was the disaster that would happen next. He pulled the oven out on a wobbly stand that it seemed he had been having issues with. Started unscrewing all of the screws dropped a screw and when he bent down to pick it up he took his hands off of the oven. Dropping the oven from the stand down onto the tile, shattering the door and denting the lower vent. Ruining our holiday baking plans in one fell swoop. He said he would order a new door and get it replaced as soon as possible, he looked up the model number and ordered a replacement that evening. He did not reach out on his own every interaction was a response from my questioning on when the new door would arrive. 7 days later the door had finally arrived he and what seemed to be his boss arrived on December 27th to install. They take the shattered door off the oven, unpackaged the one that was ordered and realize he ordered THE WRONG DOOR. 9 days later he returned with another door, the correct one for the oven. Once he got it installed he didn’t test it before he left. They also requested we pay full price for the initial cost discussed on December 20th, 16 days prior with no oven over the holidays which is the reason we called them out the same day. The original problem of overheating and burning everything was still there!! We called out another company that was so much better and the control board needed to be replaced. They also let us know that the sensor most likely never needed to be replaced in the first place. I’d choose anyone else over these guys to repair things in the future.
