Two techs from Borchardt’s came to my house to service my ~15-year-old grill. Turned out I needed new valves to fix leaks from the manifold. They searched for the parts, but found they were no longer available. They charged me a fair price for their time and even suggested a make/model for a new replacement grill I might buy.

Did an expensive service call for cleaning and ignitor repair several months ago. Do not use grill often, but ignitor now does not work and burners do not make enough heat to cook. Had to move Super Bowl cooking inside. They said warranty only good for 30 days and first hour service call is $260! Very expensive and do not take care of their customers

I was very pleased with the service that I received. The serviceman was polite and informative and the work was done well. One little hiccup, he told me that he was installing a new igniter and something else for the grill and in my mind that didn't translate to being charged more. It would have helped if he had specifically told me how much more I was going to be paying. Other than that great experience!

They didn't fix my icemaker. Set me up lied and stole 250.00 and a new icemaker. The company can't be trusted. JR can't be trusted

Great job on our dryer repairs! Showed what the issue was and also explained what the problem was and fixed it within an hour. Also gave us a 1 year warranty
