Steve and Maury have maintained my home in Dallas for at least five years. They have far exceeded my expectations. Definitely five stars.

We have been working with Maury for several years now and he goes above and beyond each visit! Sometimes he even circles back same day or when he's in the area if something else has come up. ALWAYS the MOST professional, friendly and knowledgeable technician! He can find the solution to any problem - whether it's pool, irrigation, a water leak (in the ceiling, window etc), electric, gate fix, or something else. If he and Steve can't solve the problem, they know who to call who is able to get us on their schedule ASAP. It's like they've taken the weight of the maintenance world off of my shoulders! So grateful!!!!

Manorly has been great. Excellent customer service. The monthly maintenance service is convenient and helpful. Very easy to communicate with the team. They respond quickly with requests and schedule changes.

My husband and I have had the best experience with Manorly! We cannot believe we lived our lives without this service for so long. I now have more time to be with my kids and not stress about missing work to figure out something home related, whether emergency or updating/improving. The customer service is fantastic and we would recommend this to anyone and everyone! You don't know what you are missing!

We use the mannorly handyman service monthly. they are always timely. And get every project we need finished! We have also called in plumbing emergencies and they sent an expert over immediately. This is a great company whom we will continue utilizing.

Sanchez General Construction and Remodeling has been fantastic to work with so far—I'm currently collaborating with Sam and his team on their online presence, and they’ve been organized, responsive, and professional every step of the way. With over 20 years of experience in commercial construction, residential remodeling, kitchen and bath renovations, flooring, roofing, electrical, and plumbing, they clearly know their craft and take pride in delivering quality work. Based on my experience working with them as a vendor, I’d feel very confident recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable, full-service construction company in the Dallas area.

My project has been delayed two weeks now. They cast they can’t get the installer out to my home to complete the job where my home is boarded up, but this is on Cat Exteriors for dropping the ball to not have anyone come out. Insects have been flying into my home. Because there are gaps in the boards. They lost a large window that they say is now three weeks out from being made. They constantly bothered me about getting this install done and they cannot deliver on their end. Do NOT pick Cat Exteriors.!! My home is in shambles because of these people.

Update: they finally came back to fill the gap in the floor, pick up the trash the left and replace the outlet that got drywall in it. Raising stars from 1 to 3

When we say no, we don’t need to be harassed. And don’t tell me that we are not good, you have never seen my house, nor will you ever. When I said it is not financially in the cards to do this, right now, don’t push. When we do windows, it won’t be with you.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Do not talk to these people they will harass you after you tell them you are not interested. I cancelled an appointment with them and told them we were not interested and to take us off the call list and they have called 3-4 times a day and will not leave us alone. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE !!!!!!! LESSOND LEARNED!!!!
