This group of specialists did an amazing job of getting my home on pad site with excellent care. They were very polite and efficient in their service they provided. "Bravo" to the crew and company!

This experience was way better than I expected . From the first phone call to when the job was completed. I spoke with Misty in the office when I called and she is so pleasant,answered all of my questions and got everything set up to get the job done. She’s wonderful!! The crew that came was unbelievable, Cassie was the crew leader and she was very attentive to all of our needs. The world could use a lot more Cassie’s!! The crew got set up and knocked it out of the park for me as far as I’m concerned. I would and will recommend Texas mobile modular to any and every one.. Thank you Misty and Cassie you guys are the greatest, also thanks to the 3 young men on Cassie’s crew..

A little over a year ago, we purchased a portable classroom. We called Jesse's company for a quote and he met with us the next day, which was great.

The building was in a tight spot and was not on a skid but Jesse's crew dismantled and moved the portable, showing little to no signs that it was ever there.

Initially, they thought they might have to cut our fense in order to get the building on the property...but with master maneuvering they did NOT have to cut anything. It was spectacular to watch these professionals move 2 halves of a building onto the property...and just as exciting to watch them put it back together.

Thank you, Jose and the whole crew, for the wonderful service! Throughout the entire delivery process, the team was consistently prompt, professional, and clearly experts at what they do. We especially appreciated their care and attention to detail when maneuvering the house onto our property. It was a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. We are very satisfied!

Jesse was awesome. His attention to detail is fantastic. Everything went completely smooth throughout the entire process of getting the house in place even more kudos go out to the employees even when Jesse wasn’t there the workers would be what I would call fast walking into positions, getting things working hard, not a lazy person in the group. Jesse has himself a well oiled machine. If anyone has the chance to use them I would 100% recommend them.

Highly recommend this company, Jim and Misty provided very friendly and efficient customer service. You don’t come across friendly customer service often these days. The crew that completed the work onsite was also quick and reliable. The previous company our home center had selected to do the work kept re-scheduling and making excuses. Jim was upfront, honest and was a pleasure to work with. If you need this type of work done they are the top company to choose and make it stress free for the customer.

I really liked that the delivery team communicated with me throughout the entire process and even updated me on their location and estimated time of arrival, very professional and friendly! Jesse is awesome ! Highly recommend!

Texas Mobile and Modular Specialists (TMMS) deserves every bit of this 5-star review.

I purchased a new home through Oak Creek and initially reached out to TMMS out of frustration with the lack of communication and expectations set by the manufacturer. From the first call, Tricia—who works in the office—impressed me with her professionalism, ownership, and drive to make things right, even though the original issue wasn’t her fault. She immediately took the reins, provided clear timelines, and followed through with updates for every major step: removal of our old home, foundation prep, concrete pour, and delivery of the new home. She is the glue that keeps TMMS running smoothly.

I also had the pleasure of working with the owner, Jessie Sr., who was the first to meet me on-site. He was courteous, professional, and made a commitment to get the job done right—and he absolutely delivered. His field team, led by Jessie “Papa Ray,” along with Jose and Carlos, were outstanding. These guys work nonstop, phones away, heads down, fully committed to the task. They treated my property with respect, always checked in before making decisions, and consistently communicated clear timelines. Their work ethic, professionalism, and craftsmanship are second to none.

As a former wealth manager and now the owner of a shooting range, I’m obsessive about customer experience. I know firsthand what it means to set expectations, deliver results, and ensure clients feel genuinely taken care of. TMMS understands that at a deep level—and they live it out in their work.

If we ever decide to purchase another mobile home—especially for another range build—I will insist TMMS handles it from start to finish. These folks were awesome! This is the second manufactured home put on our property and this process went incredibly smoothly, especially compared to our first experience. These people went above and beyond! Within two days, they had a pad built, both halves of the double wide delivered and attached! They worked over the weekend to complete the task before fresh new rains were to begin Sunday night. Jim Wattersn, Jesse Foster and Jose (don’t know his last name) kept me updated on everything that was happening and answered any questions I had. If you need any of the services offered, Texas Mobile and Modular Specialists are your go to people!!

Front door was sticking and TxM&M said a total relevel was necessary. 60' double wide. They worked 6 hours and reset all the supports and added 4 new ones down the middle. Now the front door is perfect and all the other doors work better. Great service, great crew and great results. I'm very pleased. Keep up the good work and God bless you all!

Where to even start. This whole team is amazing! Office staff, misty, Trisha, Jesse, Jose, jeff, Carlos, the crew, all of them. My home burnt down and they did a demo in just a few hours. Jesse and his crew are machines!!! They work so hard and did the demo so fast and left everything so clean. After the demo Jesse built us the nicest pad so smooth and level! (We live in a slope) he is an artist!!! once the home was ready for delivery these guys did everything to get the home safely to the property! They trimmed the trees on the road so it wouldn’t drag on the house. These guys truly think of everything. Exceptional work! July is a hot month but these guys worked all the way thru to install my house. They are the hardest working men and truly the best. This is my 2nd home and this set up is by far superior to the last set by another company. I 100% everyone use this team for your manufactured home delivery, set, electric, septic,water pad and anything else you may need on the property. They are very detail oriented, hilarious and you can see how much they pride they take in their work. They had my home connected to all utilities the same day they installed it. All in one day! Thank you Texas mobile for everything yall did for us.

My family and I purchased a home and got lucky enough that these wonderful guys delivered our house. Being this is our first home and we didn't know much about what all this process and I can't sing enough praises for Jim, ladies in the office, all the way down to the crew who put our house together. They worked long and they worked hard! If you ever get to have the opportunity to get a home I highly recommend these guys. Jim bent over backwards to be open, and forth coming with what him and his team needed to deliver and set our beautiful home.

This company is absolutely awesome! They took great care of our home from the time they picked it up from the lot, the long drive and placement of home! I can’t say enough great things about them!
