Terrible supervisors and company overall. Brought in a refrigerator quote from Fry's to price match. Supervisor won't price match because the savings difference was too much. "Guaranteed Price Match" my boot... If you're not willing to honor your company policies, don't advertise it. Do yourself a favor and just go to Lowe's. They are trustworthy and honorable to their customers.

I would not use them ever again. I purchased my countertops through them and they do not contract with quality plumbers. They also have terrible customer service.

Flooring rip off. They installed last year throughout my house and I'm having to have all ripped out and replaced. Won't honor their "warranty!"
But demanding payment! Buyer beware!

I wish I could give this place a -2 stars. The staff are unresponsive, and never offered to help you, only helping you with reluctance when you approach them and ask for help. Had an employee Take over five minutes to help me look for something in inventory, then told me “we don’t have it in the quote and hit the phone behind his back. Not showing me that you don’t have it does not give me confidence in your staff to actually help me find the product, when you have 11 of them online. Either people are stealing from your inventory, or your staff is lying so they don’t have to help people. As a customer I would rather drive 30 minutes then come to your unwelcoming unhelpful store. Home Depot should fire the management and the employees of the store and hire new staff. Do not ever go here for anything!

1 of the worst ran home depot. A line of people all the across the store waiting for 1 check out. Self check out had nearly the same line because only 1 person there too. Only check out that didn't have a line was for phone sales only. That girl was napping and didn't like when I tried using that scanner to pay.

Terrible customer service! Very disappointed with HD. $11.000 thousand dollar project!!! It’s been almost a year that I had my windows upgraded but 1 window was damaged when it got installed and HD said they will replace it but it has been almost a year and they still haven’t done anything about it. They do not answer my calls, they don’t call back for updates, as of right now, I’m hoping to get a call back from them after they see this post!
