simple place easy to find things

Where no one answers the phone and it just rings and rings

Slow, confused, pickip order not prepared and they didn't have an item. Receipt given was not a proper receipts for pickup type.

Poor customer service

This location is a great one, the employees are very helpful like Latricia. She went out of her way to get me a table fan from the back after they've been put up to put out the heaters for the season change. They care about their costumers here!

Would have been a zero stars. Not open at all on Thanksgiving day so I wasted a trip. And still need a kitchen sink faucet and hose. Just sad, if y'all close just put it up on website so people don't wasted their time.
