We recently had the pleasure of working with HG and Co. to build our home, and the experience was positive and satisfactory. From the very beginning, their team was professional, communicative, and genuinely invested time in design process.

The entire process — from design to final touches — was handled with precision and care. Their attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and commitment to timelines were impressive. Every crew member we interacted with was respectful, skilled, and clearly passionate about their work.

What stood out most was the transparency throughout the project. We were kept in the loop with regular updates, and any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed. They also provided thoughtful suggestions that enhanced the final result without pushing us over budget.

HG&Co. delivers an outstanding service, high quality work, and possesses the knowhow to get the job done right. After the job they just did it would difficult to go with anyone else for our next home improvement/renovation. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

Our 1954 home was in desperate need of some modern day improvements that I honestly didn't have the time or heart to tear into myself. Specifically our soffits were in rough shape, likely installed with the house in 1954, they were barely hanging on, requiring caulking each year, paint so thick it was beginning to pull off in sheets, riddled with inadequate venting with various soffit vents of different sizes and varieties that were too few and poorly spaced, and in desperate need of replacing. To improve the ventilation I wanted all the soffits replaced with a continuous perforated, smooth hardieboard installed around the house that I know will last a lifetime. In addition, to ensure proper ventilation I wanted attic baffles added, ridge vents to be cut and whirlybirds removed. And to top it all off, I wanted to add some aesthetic improvements by adding some new cedar columns, extending the look of the ship lapped siding across the front porch ceiling, and adding soffit downlighting across the exterior of the house.

After talking to a number of companies I decided to give HG&Co. a call and was immediately impressed. They did not over promise, actually understood the project, have experience working on these more challenging older homes, were transparent about potential hiccups/additional costs, and though not the cheapest bid gave me the confidence that they knew how to get the job done right. They did an absolutely outstanding job. All of their crews were courteous and professional, and though there were a few minor hiccups here and there, they always came out and fixed it to my full satisfaction.

HG&Co. gets the job done the right way, and I look forward having a mind at ease knowing the job was done right and the house will be better for it!

HG & Co. helped me redo my kitchen. Not only did I leave this experience with a fantastic looking kitchen, but working with them was so easy. They were very organized, helpful and professional. Also very communicative throughout the process and responsive when I had questions. Since I used their showroom everything was delivered on-time for the project. I would definitely recommend using HG & Co.

Bottom line here, if you want your home renovation project done right the first time, HG Construction will do it. My project was a complete kitchen and master bathroom gut and flip. They were extremely professional every step of the way and I truly felt like they cared about my home. I even lived in it during the process and their workers made sure they cleaned up each day as best as they could to ensure it was safe for me to live in the house during construction. The team with HG had great communication and were easy to get in touch with for any of my questions, changes, or concerns. They use an app that is helpful to follow the scheduling and updates throughout the project so that everyone stays on the same page. Besides logistically being great to work with, the quality of the work was top notch. I almost tear up every time I see my new kitchen! Highly recommend this company to work with if you are wanting a reliable, efficient, and caring team to get your projects done.

We had our patio done and we love it! They were quick and the process was simple, which we greatly appreciated. Herman understood our vision with picture inspiration and he was straight forward throughout the process. The price is reasonable and the work done is clean and professional as well! HG & Co. did an amazing job transforming the main bathroom of our house into a marvelous space, and removing pop corn ceiling and painting ceilings in several rooms in the house. They have a set of vendors that have outstanding quality. I only have positive things to say about them, all of the people that came in to do tile, AC, plumbing, carpenters, electricians and painting were professional, courteous and on time. During all the process David Walter kept great communication with us, going above and beyond in several occasions. Herman Guerra has built a great team that excels in customer service and quality, but most importantly, they give you what you need, not what they want to sell like other companies. And Santos, he is the best. Attention to detail to the max! We are super happy with the end product and they will definitely be my go to company for any future projects. We loved working with HG&Co. They were with us every step of the way throughout the process, starting with the design - choosing fixtures & tile - to small encounters we discovered during demo, to the very end result! They were fast and efficient, but delivered great quality work! Jade and team were so helpful on the design side of things, listening to what we wanted and coming up with great solutions and options. I loved working with HG&Co - they did a great job listening on our budget and design ideas for our kitchen reno and master bathroom expansion! The execution was well-done - the quality of the work was great, and responsiveness from our project manager Nathan was amazing. When unexpected issues came up (as they always do with an older, 50s house) - HG quickly communicated options and helped us think through solutions that made sense and weren't crazy expensive. At the end of the day, they're neighbors and I trust them to make things right - which is so valuable for reno and took a lot of stress out of the process!

HG & Co. did an amazing job renovating our primary bathroom. I’m a first time renovator, and I’m very pleased with my experience. They were attentive to my needs, and provided consistent weekly updates on progress. I trusted our project manager, and I knew he had our best interest at heart. Working with Herman and Marzella made the insanity of a home renovation so much easier. Marzella and her team are so communicative and make project management more approachable with their app. It was easy to find our conversations, invoices, reference change orders (which we threw at them constantly)!

We did a full kitchen & family room reno with some additional work in our bedroom. The custom cabinetry is beautiful, all of the design choices are classic but still unique, and everything looks stunning (see pics although the color isn’t translating as well).

I knew Herman Guerra was trustworthy, which is why I reached out to him for this remodel that I had put off doing for years. Herman has high expectations and it’s evident in the quality of work his team provides. Herman’s in-home consultation provided me with details of the scope of the bathroom project plus interior painting and drywall repair throughout my house. He gave me an accurate estimate for anticipated costs for the total project. Jade and Lydia helped me with design choices that not only fit my budget, but also looked great once installed. All of the workers were respectful and professional, with a special shout out to Santos, who took care of several projects for me. The bathroom looks awesome and the drywall/paint throughout my house has given it a fresh new look. Herman personally made sure I was completely satisfied with the final paint color as well as the overall project. When I had concerns they were immediately addressed to my satisfaction. Had a wonderful experience with HG&CO! Quality of work is fantastic and turned out so lovely! Really enjoyed working with the team and getting to work with their designer to make all the product selections. From start to finish my experience was 100% positive. The designer had great suggestions when I didn’t know what to do and supported the choices I had already made. All of the sub contractors were courteous and went over the top to keep the workspace clean and safe. Communication was on point and many of the repairs/updates were completed ahead of schedule. The showroom was an added bonus to be able to “shop” for all of the upgrades I wanted. I highly recommend HG&Co.

I had the pleasure of working with Herman and his team on two projects and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The first was a bathtub installation and retiling. I worked with the designer at the showroom to choose stunning, high-quality tile. The final result was beautiful and I was very impressed by their craftsmanship.

The second, larger project involved updating the exterior of my home. We dedicated ample time during the design phase to ensure we were aligned on my vision. The finished result exceeded my expectations — and looks even better than the renderings! HG&Co did an incredible job repainting the entire exterior and adding wood accents, giving the home a modern, refreshed look that is both stylish and inviting.

Love my new bathroom! The team, from my designer to project manager, were easy to work with and communicative. I lived in my home throughout the reno and all of the workers were respectful and kept the space clean. I would use HG again!

I had my restroom redone by CMC quality construction. It was a very quick turnaround. Raymond was very professional did exactly what I asked for. I would definitely used CMC quality construction again! I am recommending him to all my friends and family.

I hired Ashley to help with my move out cleaning. I didn't want to be bothered with having to worry about cleaning because I'm busy and i work all day. She did such an amazing job, she was ontime and very professional, I even got my full deposit back. I am so thankful that i used her services. I will be using her again and will definitely recommend her to all my friends.
