Easy access to building and the door man is in it. One of the better buildings to get in and out of in downtown.

First of all, never order wet cell batteries from here to be shipped to you. They don’t pack them in a way that keeps them from leaking too much fluid or getting damaged. I ordered one, was damaged in transit and never made it to me. They sent a replacement and when this second one made to me, it had already leaked too much fluid and was damaged out as well.

Second, I was authorized a refund right away and told to recycle the battery. However, that was only the beginning. I was told to expect the refund in a few business days. To make a long story short, two weeks later after much back and forth in emails, waiting for the incompetent refund department to actually send me an accurate refund receipt with the correct card details, I received a second receipt, inaccurate again, and now to wait 5-7 business days from now two weeks after the original wait time was given.

Each time I would pick up on an inconsistency, I would email back right away with horrible response time, which would hold up the process more so. I finally contacted higher ups in the company and it was then straightened out relatively quickly. Now, 2 1/2 weeks and 30 emails later between all parties involved since requesting the refund, it is finally showing pending in my account. It was confirmed to me by the mediator that somehow the refund department wrongly attached two other accounts to the refund that weren’t supposed to be associated with it, potentially refunding uninvolved customers.

How do you mess this up when you have access to account information in front of you, not just once but twice? The first screw up was actually a refund receipt for $700 or so, even though my transaction was only for $184 and with the wrong card company ending in a different four digits. Upon me giving the right details to them, the second receipt when I finally got it, still had the wrong card details.
