I had sparks r us electrical service did service upgrade Mr. Carter did an outstanding job.

Horrible Company, Carter took $350 for permit inspection the house in Arlington , I was wait a week for inspection , call his office never answer text call never answer, I went to City, City state that no one apply for your house permit I call and call again never answer till now more than 2 month project never done yet

Mr. Carter went above and beyond to correct and complete the sub-standard work of another electrician. He went past his normal working hours with no complaint, insistent on doing the job thoroughly and not hurrying through it.

Our oven was out commission for almost 2 months until Macarther Carter came and did various troubleshooting that other technician's did not think or want to try. He went above and beyond to try and get it fixed and eventually ended up going out his way and replacing the wiring that an appliance technician should have done. Really appreciate his hard work and would recommend his services 10 out of 10!

I’m at Carter handing up business cards and I took one because I needed a receptacle in my garage for some commercial ovens. He gave me a quote of how much it would cost seemed very reasonable to me. He came over as he said he was at the time he said he was gonna be here. I wasn’t there. I had to take my daughter to jujutsu but my wife was there. Carter was very polite to her really respectful. My wife felt very comfortable around him and from what my wife told me as well as what Carter told me when he called me he seemed very educated in this field very informative about what was going on and why he was doing what he was doing he also pointed me in the right direction on some issues electrical I was having with one of my ovens. I recommend Carter 10 out of 10 to anyone who needs any type of home electrical repair or maintenance. I will be using him again and recommending him to my friends and family because of his service and professionalism.
