Technician, A.Garcia, was very knowledgeable to correct our issue of a faulty outside protection switch which needed to be replaced with updated version. Truly a 5-star performance in every way.

In both the assessment visit as well as the work day, he was calm and put me at ease that our house was in good hands and would be much better off for the needed repairs and improvements. Had a Friday ordeal when a breaker blew, leaving my refrigerator and garage door inoperable. I called 4G and they dispatched an electrician immediately. He replaced the blown breaker and I was up and running in no time. The electrician did a fantastic job, was friendly and respecting as well as knowing what to do.

I called on Minday and they had availabilities on Tuesday. I chose the 1200-4pm slot. The electrician for my job called at 945 and asked if I was available at that time. I needed 45 minutes. He was at my house within the hour and diagnosed and made the repair quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend!

Well, never thought I'd be in tears after an electrician's visit, but I am. Tears of relief! One company quoted us over $10,000 to fix a couple of problems with outlets and an arcing breaker. They said we needed a new bla bla bla PLUS troubleshooting money. But not the 4G Electrician. The technician seemed to have a flowchart in his mind of if/then and yes/no answers that helped him immediately locate the problem and fix it so fast that I decided to ask about another problem. He immediately fixed that too! What were the problems? One, an outlet had recently been re-attached by some remodeling crews. They'd done it wrong/nicked part of a wire. It was fixable by the electrician in minutes. The other problem was something called an open ground, where the outlets weren't safe. One had a broken, cracked plug inside the wall. He put in a new one, problem solved. Two other plugs reading open ground had a completely different problem. They were silly-installed. He fixed those, too. How many times the guy had to run up and down stairs or back and forth from plugs to breaker was a real workout, but he never complained. He even gave me troubleshooting ideas for another house we live in that's out of state. What a gem! Oh, and yes, we will need further electrical work to update things, and I know who I am gonna call!
Note: The bill I received for the work completed was less than $300, including the new part. We definitely felt this was a fair price.

My husband and I just purchased a home in Keller and had scheduled a fan replacement (ceilings are 18ft high), and a few other items and the guy canceled on us the day of. We were referred to Justin with 4G Electric and they got us in the next day. We have little ones and wanted these items done prior to move in and they went above and beyond! They installed our fan, put a new outlet on our back patio and replaced our microwave for us. Cannot brag enough on the amazing service. They were kind, on time and did a seamless job! Great experience with 4G Electric. We had an exterior light fixture replaced, an exterior outlet replaced and an interior light fixture replaced.
Communication for arrival was perfect, technician was friendly, informative and made sure the installations were just the way we wanted them.

Great communication. I called for a timer installation for my front patio lights. I was on the schedule for the next day, and Angel showed up on time and was very friendly and professional and was happy to answer questions about possible future upgrades we were considering.
