Sent a text that they would be here at 8am. No one here at 10:15. You call and they send you to voicemail and send you a text saying they will call you when they show up. 2 hours of phone calls get yelled at by the supervisor telling me it’s not his fault the text is wrong and that the manager had an appointment so no one could answer the phones. The technician also said the same thing. If you send a confirmation text with a specific time I expect them to not be 3 hours late.

Tiersa worked there & she done Rosen Electric WRONG when she quit & left them not knowing what 2 do.

Called and left a message, no call back. Called again to set up appointment, they said they’d call back the next day, no call back. Never a good sign.
