I recently had some work done on my small RV at JM Construction Solutions. They were attentive and knew exactly what I was looking to do.

I had to have a protective metal bar replaced on my bumper. While I was at it, I asked about having my external generator better secured and more storage built for bulky items like my inflatable SUP.

They were able to design and build the perfect solution. I'm extremely pleased and excited about my new storage.

JNT Developers ok roofing needs. Charlie Gray is helpful , but I had a board that needed to be replaced under the decking that had water damage. He said they would come back and fix it, but never did. I guess they got paid for this small roofing job and then just left. The paint on the valleys is coming off also after just a short time.

Mark Robinette was the best! We just had a roof installed by JnT and couldn't be happier with Mark Robinette as our project manager. He was very professional, responsive, and accommodating. We needed the work done certain days and he made it happen. He was very informative every step of the way. Give Mark a raise!

Our roof was damaged during a recent storm and JNT responded to our call for a quote very quickly and was able to make the repairs within a few days. We were very satisfied with the work done and by the professionalism of the workers.

I had a tree fall on my roof on Halloween, once I got the tree removed Marcus from JNT came out right away to look at the damage. The estimate was reasonable, and they did the work so quickly! It was repaired right before we got a bunch of rain!! Marcus was easy to work with and I was always able to get a hold of him when I had a question or needed to reschedule.

JNT Developers is a company whose quality of work is only surpassed by the impeccable attitude and work ethic of their crew. When we moved down from upstate New York, our home was more of a fixer upper than a dream house. JNT came in and handled all of the projects professionally and timely!! From the tiles to the roof everything was just like we pictured it. They even came in and cleaned up! It was refreshing to not come home to debris and garbage everywhere.

We received a response from our request for a roof repair quote within just a few hours. The repair was quoted for a reasonable price and work was scheduled promptly. I own a local home and auto insurance agency and I have been selling home insurance in DFW for the last 10 years. Unfortunately, this area sees its fair share of hail storms and roofing claims are commonplace in my industry. If I had a dollar for every roofer that wanted me to send my clients to them, I probably wouldn't have to sell insurance anymore. But I have been burned many times by roofers. I don't generally trust them any further than I can see them. That's why I only have 1 roofer in my referral book. As you have probably guessed by now, that roofer is JNT. They do fantastic work and they do it quickly. What's more important, and what sets them apart from any other roofer that I have known, is that they are honest. They are not going to tell you that you need a roof replacement when you only need a repair. JNT is fully insured, which is rare in most roofing companies that you will meet. If you want the job done right, done quickly and you want to work with one of the few honest roofing contractors, then you NEED to work with JNT.

My experience with JNT was great. I contacted them over the phone, they were quite courteous and set up an appointment the following day. Arrived on time and was very detailed in their explanations and concerns regarding my garage. The gentleman was polite and answered all my questions with ease, so I had a sense that he knew exactly what he was talking about. Thanks so much!

Purchased through Angie’s List complete roof replacement. The work lasted longer than planned, the crew finished late at night and therefore clean up was far from perfect.
Two days after roof replacement I noticed a small leak. This leak was fixt quickly, but the bad feeling remained. At the end I noticed that instead of the 10-years warranty I was given only a 5-year warranty. I contacted multiple times Mark Robinette and he promised to change the warranty according to Angie’s list description, but despite his promises he did noting.
I would not recommend this contractor!

We had several roofing issues left over from the hail storm that hit north Texas in March of 2016. I got on Angie's List as usual and contacted 3 highly rated roofing companies to get repair estimates. Charlie Gray from JNT Developers came out immediately, listened to my concerns and then went up on the roof to assess the situation in more detail. Some of the problems were due to shoddy work of the company that we hired after the hail storm (not JNT) and Charlie recommended we contact them and hold them accountable, which tells you a lot about Charlie's integrity (e.g., willing to forego business to do the right thing). To make a long story short, Charlie's bid was both the lowest and the most comprehensive (e.g., found some missing flashing around the skylights that would almost certainly leak at some point) and consequently we hired JNT to complete the entire job. All the workers involved (led by Elias) were very accommodating, communicative and efficient throughout the process and we are thrilled with the results!

I received a notice from my insurance company regarding tree damage to my roof. I googled JNTDevelopers and contacted them for a repair estimate. My initial plan was to “shop” and determine the best contractor for the job. I confirmed an appointment with JNTDevelopers; Charlie Gray was scheduled to come out at 4:30 but was able to come earlier; he contacted me with his new availability which worked out great - his arrival was very prompt. Upon reviewing the noted roof damage he also pointed out damage that was not denoted by my insurance company. I was very impressed with Charlie, his professionalism and him personally. Based on my initial meeting with Charlie, I determined that JNTDevelopers was the best company to do the work required.

Although they had a very tight schedule, in order to accommodate my needs Charlie went above and beyond and was able to get work done on an urgent, almost immediate basis.

I am very appreciative of his due diligence, ability to get job done in an exceptional time frame, and would STRONTLY refer him/JNTDevelopers to anyone needing roof repair. I have already referred him to a friend for her roofing needs.

The team led by Charlie was on time and very professional. Communication was excellent and all timelines were met. We were kept informed during the bid process and the actual work. We are happy with the work done on our roof by JNT and would recommend this firm to future customers.

I had to do research to find me a reliable contractor and decided to go with JNT due to it's review. However, I do believe that they have gone above and beyond to help us (we were hit by the tornado after Christmas) especially due to amount of work that had to be done. The team that was assigned to us (David H., Bryan H., Marcus D.) has worked with us in getting everything we needed. The key thing for us to reach them through communication was through emails, text, phone calls which they would reply rather quickly based on their availability (typically answered within that day or the next day).

One of the greatest thing is that they worked with us in helping sending paper work to our current mortgage company as well as our insurance provider so there was less stress for us!

I call JNT Developers on September because we had a roof leak. Zach came and give us an excellent quote. He also suggested to go through our insurance because of hail damage we dint know it existed. We follow his advice and set an adjusters appointments. Zach, never show up to the appointment like he said he would. He said he was sick. So of course we were denied by our insurance because there was no Zach to explain the adjuster what was going on. I told Zach we would pay out of pocket to what he replay "I will re submit a proposal for the repair to our insurance" We waited and waited and we still waiting. No word from Zach . I have try to contact him via Email and phone with no success. My roof still is leaking. Not happy with there customer service!

Worked with Charlie to identify and fix a leak that showed up in our master bathroom after a particularly bad storm. He was professional, courteous and thorough. Not only did he fix the leak, but he took pictures of our roof that we hadn't seen since our move-in. His team also documented the work they had done up there through before and after photos. All of this was especially helpful to us, and will come in handy down the road.

All in all, we were worried about finding a contractor going in, but couldn't be happier with the work that JNT did.
