After the hail storms in the area and hearing about all of the "fly by night" roofers, I did my research and found that JNT developers was reputable and stood behind their work. I saw at least 6 of their signs in the neighbors yards before I gave them a call. They made it so easy to get this done and worked with my insurance to make sure I didn't have to deal with them. The crew was great and I HIGHLY recommend if you are in need of a roof repair.

JNT developers led by Charlie was very professional. My roof replacement was shared with 2 other neighbor's (Row Homes). We were kept informed during the bid process, the actual work and we were provided before and after photos. I was happy with the work done on my roof by JNT and would recommend to future customers.

I was very pleased with the quality of service and end product I received from JNT. Mark Robinette gave me top-notch service. Mark spent an hour with me when he initially inspected the roof for hail damage and also showed up to work with the insurance adjuster. He took all my calls and answered all my questions promptly and professionally. Everything was done on schedule. Mark worked out a fair price with me (I asked for several bids from other roofers before selecting JNT), and his crew did a great job with the install and clean-up. When they were done, I could barely tell they had been there. Most importantly, in an industry full of shady operators, I felt like Mark was honest and above-board with me during the whole process.

JNT did a great job on our roof. Charlie was great at handling all the details, including working with our insurance company. He kept me informed every step of the way, working to minimize the impact of weather issues etc. The work was done professionally and in a very timely manner. I'd definitely recommend JNT to anyone needing quality work done at a fair price.

We recently had some minor damage to our roof in Arlington. I had used JNT for an entire roof replacement several years ago and was very pleased with their work. As this job looked fairly small I decided to call an independent roofer. Bad idea. I called three companies and only one attempted to return my call! And that person would only text and would not call me. He said he would meet the insurance inspector at the Home but never followed up to even ask me when they would be out.
So, I went back to JNT. Marcus immediately called me back and made an appointment to meet me at the home. He was even considerate enough to let me know he might be 5 minutes late. Communication is big with me and he went above and beyond. Sure enough the insurance adjuster decided the damage was only $550. I forwarded the estimate to Marcus who BEAT that estimate. They completed the work within a few days. The upshot is that I will be using JNT in the future for both large and small jobs. They delivered while others would not even respond.

I had my roof replaced and this was my first time doing a major home repair/renovation. After several suggestions and reading reviews I went with JNT Developers. I felt so confident in them that they won over my business from family referrals. Office staff was nice and courteous and set me up with my initial contractor. I met with the contractor for about an hour and he was very patient/informative in helping me understand the process and materials. With so many material options to choose from he made it easy to understand and even suggested some other things I didn’t consider to protect my home based on the layout of my roof.

Once I signed the contract they had a full crew out there on Saturday to remove the old roof. I have a smaller house but working quickly and efficiently they had my roof off and started laying shingles that day and had 90% completed by Sunday evening. Over the next few days they trimmed it out, cleaned up some rough edges and made sure it was to my liking. VP Jon Sherwood followed up with the work and he suggested some other cosmetic adjustments and it made it look better than before. With that simple follow up by Jon and the added customer service provided they sealed the deal in making me a happy customer.

With any big job patience and communication is key. Being my first big experience I can’t go without saying I was anxious about the process. Maintaining constant contact with them, keeping a level head and trusting they would do a great job made the process go smoothly. I now have a beautiful new roof that will protect my house for years to come and I can’t wait to utilize JNT Developers other services as I renovate my home inside and out.

I used JNT Developers to replace a roof and water damage that resulted from a storm. JNT assigned Charlie Gray as the Project Manager and he truly took care of every detail. JNT handled my insurance company claim which was exceedingly convenient and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. The roof looks excellent and their interior work was outstanding.

I will be using them in the future for any work that needs to be done around the house. I believe that their competitive advantage is in their project management and customer service excellence. There are many companies that can deliver a good project but with JNT, they assign a project manager to handle all of the details, subcontractors, etc. so I don't have to worry.
