Specialty is a general contractor that hires third party sub contractors to perform all work. Specialty is making a habit of not paying it's subcontractors, not doing background checks on people working inside the house, and using several tradesman that are unlicensed to perform subpar work.

Russell and his team at Allied Elements are reliable and do an excellent job of cleaning carpets.

Can't say enough good things! Very reasonably priced, excellent customer service and quality work. What more can you ask for? Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Allied was very professional and reasonable. They performed carpet stretching and a deep cleaning through out the house. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our upstairs shower valve broke and flooded the upstairs and down through the walls and floors into the living room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom. Allied responded almost immediately to begin getting everything dried out. Russell explained everything thoroughly and kept us in the know throughout the drying process. These guys are top notch!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They were early for one thing. They told me within an hour and we there within 30 minutes! They came in and assessed the situation and advised us on calling home owners insurance company. They waited while we filed a claim and then went right to work. Tom took care of us like a family member would have! Advising and reassuring us along the way that we would be covered by insurance based on his past experiences. I seriously wouldn't go with another company IF I ever have to go through this again!

Carpets were cleaned after major renovations. Carpets were a very light in color. They were very meticulous about spots and removed heavily soiled areas. Very friendly and easy to deal with. I would use them again! Great Job guys!!
