I thought these hacks were out of business!

Contact you insurance company first - These are not honest people.

I asked Mr. Charlie Gray why he stayed with such an untrustworthy company. He stayed professional, and simply stated that was his choice at this time. I told him that if I ever needed to contract a company again and he was the project manager or sales person that he had my business, but I would NEVER do business with JNT Developers again.

BEWARE OF MAKING AN AGREEMENT WITH JNT DEVELOPERS. Prices from $8,000+ to $11,000+

Date Agreed: 04/27/2016 Work finished: 07/22/2016 three months of hell! I did think this was going to be resolved in the courts, and consulted professionals.

What about - JNT Developers Workmanship? I would give it a 6.5 out of 10 (Watch for nails and trash – don’t let them be an adjuster to your insurance company)

JNT was helpful, professional and always up front with me about the work we needed done. Josh was the rep we used from JNT and he was very helpful and reliable when providing feedback and completing the job on time as scheduled. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends!

JNT was my Roofer of Choice after much due diligence. Our Hotel property has multiple large buildings. Project managers Steve Grillo and Jim Elliot did an excellent job the entire course of the insurance claim and my reroof.
Our insurance company original under scoped the actually work needing completed and offered half the money it actually took to repair.
We greatly appreciate the folks at JNT for the professionalism of how are project was handled from beginning to end!

Great company to work with. I called the morning after a hail storm and they sent Mark out the same day. Mark helped me through every step of the process and even gave me a few pointers on what to expect from the insurance company.

Once it was time to replace the roof, they got the job done quick and cleaned up after themselves.

The initial call with Faith was great. She was extremely helpful and had someone come out to inspect my roof within 2 days. Josh was prompt and courteous. He was very professional. Provided me with an estimate and had someone at the house to do the repairs within an hour. Would definitely recommend this team. Great job!

Contacted JNT after a bad experience with a previous contractor. Charlie came out, inspected my roof and insured me it would be done in a timely manner. 13 days later new roof is installed. Charlie kept me up to date through out the whole process. Rafael met me on site the day of the roof install to make sure materials were delivered and to make sure work started. Very professional. Highly recommended!

Charlie and JNT Developers did a great job replacing my rooftop deck. They showed up on time and were able to complete the job in one day. It was easy to communicate with Charlie throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Charlie to redo my parents entire roof and replace the ceiling inside the kitchen and bedroom. Professional, quick to respond, and did a great job. He was not hesitant to contact and work with the insurance on my behalf to ensure that we would get the most compensation possible to cover the scope of work. Workers were prompt and dedicated to finishing the job. Concerns are openly discussed and No additional work was performed without my consent. Hired JNT to get our house ready to put on the market. Had hail damage and required new roof, gutters, windows, and deck restaining and they did it all. In fact we were showing the house while repairs were being done and the gutter guys kept me abreast with the number of showings! Everything turned out wonderful. Josh and his crews did a great job on our home.

Due to the Rowlett Tornado of December 26, 2015 my home sustained substantial damage. After a frustrating go with roofers in the area I decided to try JNT as referred by my neighbor. They have family that works there.

JNT provided contractors for roofing, gutter, and fence repair. Most importantly they provided me a Project Manager by the name of Mark Robinette. Mark was instrumental in scheduling and overseeing projects to completion. Mark stayed on the crews and made sure all repairs were completed to my expectation. I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past. This was a breeze. Thanks Mark!

Joe and Sebastian came out on a rainy day to fix a loose concrete tile on my rooftop deck and to check my roof for hail damage. Despite having to trek up and down four flights of stairs multiple times and having to deal with the rain, they kept a friendly attitude and treated me fairly. I would highly recommend JNT Developers for any roofing needs.

A neighbor's tree fell over during the high winds last week and damaged our roof. We had heard that JNT was an honest and trustworthy roofing company but I didn't know whether they would do a relatively minor repair. Charlie and Samantha came out within a day, tarped the damaged area and their crew arrived a few days later and made the necessary repairs. Just like new and for a reasonable charge. Great people working at JNT.

After the horrible hail storm last year, we hired JNT Developers to replace our roof. The team helped negotiate with our insurance agents to get us the most out of our policy...found things I would not have even thought about, and handled every aspect of the repairs and replacement. Hope I don't have to have the roof repaired for a long time, since we got upgraded impact resistant shingles...but if/when we need another roofer, we'll call JNT Developers.

The JNT Developers crews are knowledgeable, professional and always exceed expectations. As a property manager I have numerous properties where I am constantly needing repairs done. For most projects I am required to submit multiple competitive quotes for a project. JNT consistently is the best quote. The end result always exceeds the expectations of not only myself, but my homeowners’ associations. Several of my properties no longer request competitive quotes, they specifically request JNT Developers. They have a track record for being honest, punctual, and complete projects as promised ahead of schedule. JNT has a system for keeping you informed on the daily status of your project. They always answer the phone and arrive on site when they say they will. JNT Developers is very flexible and easy to work with; they are always my first call.

Working with JNT Developers was an excellent experience! They walked me through the whole thing and explained every step of the way. Special kudos to Josh Sanchez. He went VERY out of his way to helping my parents on their roof and even explained everything in spanish which was a major plus to them. He made everything a smooth and quick experience and was very flexible with working with our schedule and meet our needs. Definitely would recommend JNT to anyone!

They came to fix a leak from our roof and the next time it rained it was still leaking. They had to come back to fix it again. Then here it is a very few years later the same spot is leaking after a storm. I called and they said anything after a certain time they lose the information in their database. So it’s as if we never had services with them. Never again will I use or recommend them.

Outstanding quality and great service!
I have been working with JNT and Eric Bodiwala for the past year and can highly recommend both for high quality and friendly customer service. Every detail is planned and reviewed before any drawings are completed and a budget is prepared that met all needs for the work being done. A complete renovation project on your home can be a daunting task to undertake but Eric and JNT made it all easy. Their client web link is fantastic to keep up with progress and expenses in a clear and concise manner so you know where in the process you are at any time. You won't be disappointed using JNT for your new roof or complete renovation.

We had JNT complete our shower remodel and completely regret it. After spending several thousands of dollars we have been left with cracked tile, grout that looks dirty and uneven tiles. The contractors JNT hires do extremely poor work and even when they attempt to fix it, it just looks worse. We highly recommend NOT having JNT complete any remodel work for your home, don't make the same mistake we did! Also, a project we were told would only take 14 days at a max, ended up taking several months. Lack in communications and making appointments on time and/or canceling minutes before an appointment.

UPDATE: After our original review above, JNT did contact us to fix the above issues that were brought up during original installation. Our shower ended up being gutted and re-done. We still recommend not using this company. Charlie claimed he was going to bring updated warranty paperwork by and never did, after contacting him to see where it was, he claimed he would mail it, we have yet to receive it over a month later. Don't bother with this company!

From my first contact as in lining up an estimate for a roof replacement to the final walk-through, my experience with JNT was great. I would highly recommend them for all roofing and general contract needs. The management and workers for JNT were very efficient and made this large renovation and good experience. I will absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you JNT!
