If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Entrust One Facility Services has been nothing short of disgusting, and at the center of the chaos is someone named Aaron—a rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional excuse for a representative.

Let’s start with the basics: I reached out with a simple concern, expecting at least a baseline level of professionalism. Instead, I was met with Aaron’s toxic attitude, disrespectful tone, and complete lack of accountability. This man spoke to me like I was beneath him, brushing off legitimate issues with a smirk in his voice like he was doing me a favor just by existing. I don’t know what kind of training this company gives their staff—or if they even bother training at all—but it’s clear Aaron skipped every class on customer service, conflict resolution, and basic human decency.

You know what’s worse than one bad employee? A whole company that stands behind him. I tried escalating the issue, hoping someone with a shred of integrity would step in and fix what went wrong. Nope. Radio silence. No return calls. No follow-up. No accountability. Entrust One seems less like a facility services provider and more like a circus run by clowns who couldn’t care less about their clients—or their own reputation. If Aaron is their “standard,” that says everything you need to know.

This isn’t a one-off issue. It’s a pattern. A culture of incompetence and disrespect. And Aaron is the face of it. He’s rude, dismissive, and completely full of himself. He talks down to people, refuses to listen, and carries himself like a power-drunk mall cop who just got a new badge. I wouldn’t let someone like him represent my brand if he was the last option on Earth—and yet, Entrust One proudly lets him wear their name like a badge of honor. Embarrassing.

Bottom line: If you value professionalism, communication, or even just basic respect, RUN from this company. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Entrust One has proven that they can’t be trusted with anything—especially not your business.

And Aaron? You should be ashamed. You’re not just bad at your job—you’re a liability to anyone unfortunate enough to deal with you

We have used Paneless twice now and will absolutely use them again! They are everything wonderful. Customer service is exceptional. The crews are professional and they do a fantastic job. You can tell they care about the outcome of their work. I give them 6 stars out of 5!!

As usual, a great job from Paneless! We basically live in a glass house and Paneless keeps it in tip top shape. Don’t think of them as just window cleaners, they do so much more. Good people, good service and good results.

I have been a regular customer of Paneless Home Service for many years now. I have had numerous work done around the house by them including: power washing, window cleaning in and out, tile cleaning in the shower, gutter cleaning as well as furniture cleaning. The team is incredibly thorough, trustworthy and very respectful. I try to go to Paneless Home Services for all my needs given what a great job they do. They are always on time, charge very reasonable prices and each crew is outstanding with customer service. I highly recommend the company for all your household needs. Nothing like getting great work over and over from a small business that you know you can trust. I have never been disappointed with any work they did. No doubt if I ever was disappointed they would be quick to fix it.

I had Tony and Joshua, very pleasant young men. They worked very well together. They did an excellent job on cleaning my windows, they are sparkling now. Also, my Plantation Shutters along with my 3 ceiling fans are gleaming.

Paneless Home Services provides 5+ service from the initial phone call to get info and set the appt. Through the execution of the cleaning. I'm a loyal client forever and will get my windows and patio door cleaned every 6 months!!!! I'm also having my old Parquet floor buffed and cleaned in a couple of weeks. Another of their services. If you have never had your windows professionally cleaned, do it with Paneless! I trust those guys enough to leave them to work at my home and lock up when finished. They are extremely professional, kind, listen well, are well groomed, and complete the work without question. They make Paneless look good. Very happy with all the work I've had done by Paneless.

The team arrived in time and was extremely polite and enjoyable to work with. Both Eddie and his colleague (unfortunately I don't know his name) were very professional and paid very close attention to details. I highly recommend Paneless Home Services. I am sure you may find a less expensive windows cleaning company but you will probably get what you're paying for. My experience with Paneless was fantastic and I will work with them from now on.

I am so happy to have found Paneless window services! My windows are cleanest it has been in years. Angel did an amazing job scrubbing each pane with RO water making it sparkly clean. I have tried so many companies in the past and so can say with confidence that Paneless services are the best! Keep it up!

I was impressed with Ryan's quick reply to provide the estimate and deliver the quote. Communication with the company was flawless. The service tech sent to our home, Alberto, was professional and courteous as well. We used them to steam clean and polish our marble shower, and plan to use them in the future for other home services. Being able to call one company for a variety of home services makes life easier!

Paneless did an excellent job on my windows and I will be using them in the future. Charlie and Ethan were on time, professional, and took great care both inside and outside of my home. I couldn't ask for better service.

I reached out to Paneless for an estimate on interior and exterior window cleaning. They got us scheduled right away and sent someone out to give us a quote. The pricing was VERY reasonable. For the cleaning, Angel and DeAndre were amazing! They did an excellent job, were very professional, friendly and courteous. They arrived early for the job and finished in a very timely manner. The end result was phenomenal. We will definitely be using Paneless Home Services in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Kim was fast to reply to question I had prior to cleanings and we received a reminder the day prior as well as the morning of to track the arrival of the person coming to clean.
