I had such a good experience with Seth at Coconut Cleaning! He was very knowledgeable about the services I was getting done (tile & laminate cleanings) and he was easy to work with. I can't recommend enough!

Salvador and the coconut cleaning company were nothing but top notch from booking to actual service and clean up. My carpets look brand new and even better compared to our other provider we had used in the past. Pricing was comparable but their results surpassed the other non chemical company we used in the past. Thank you for taking such great care of our carpets and rugs Salvador! I thought the carpets looked “clean” with normal wear and tear spots but man was I shocked how dirty they actually were.

Seth did an excellent job cleaning our carpets! He was efficient, professional, and incredibly kind. He was also so understanding and patient with our kids playing nearby, which we truly appreciated. I had a great experience with Coconut Cleaning from start to finish. From the beginning, they were completely transparent about pricing and provided an estimate that ended up being very close to the final cost. Before starting any work, the cleaners walked through each room, set clear expectations about what stains they could likely remove, and confirmed the final price upfront—which I really appreciated.

They also took the time to explain the entire cleaning process, how long it would take, and roughly how long the carpets would need to dry. I always knew what to expect, and there were no surprises.

Seth, in particular, was extremely professional, respectful, and courteous. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and never once tried to upsell or push any extra services. His honesty and professionalism really stood out.

Overall, I'm very happy with the results and the experience. I’d definitely choose them again in the future.

My husband and I booked a cleaning for our new home, post construction as a refresher before the end of the year, and before we finalize our furniture and decor for the home. The booking was incredibly easy, and straight to the point with the information needed, and availability. Seth, who came the day of to help us, reached out prior to coming, came in and we gave him a tour before getting started, and he was so helpful and informational. He was also very attentive and respectful, and his OCD cleanliness and attention to detail was perfect for us and our home.

Lastly, the smell and the sheer quality of Coconut Cleaning Co. was everything! It smells so divine, like a refreshing shower scent or something. We can’t wait to use them again, and recommend them to everyone we know, and all of the new construction home owners in our community!

Salvador did an amazing job with our carpet clean! It was our entire upstairs and we had a trouble area from our cat and he worked his magic. Very friendly and personable, worked fast and efficiently. 10/10 would use Coconut Cleaning again if we were staying in the area.

Another STELLAR experience with Coconut Cleaners!! This is the 3rd time we have had them come out to professionally clean our carpets and the results are always amazing. Thank you, Salvador for doing such a great job!

BUT...this time we also had them update and seal the grout in our tiled areas! We bought our home 2 years ago and the grout situation has always annoyed me. Not anymore!! Michael did a fan-freaking-tastic job getting them clean and refreshed. With regular maintenance, this service should last up to 5 years.

Coconut Cleaning (Salvador was my technician) did a wonderful job of communicating with me and showing up right on time. Salvador was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was very helpful in explaining how best to get the stains out of our Pottery Barn rug, and it looked as good as new by the end. The rug looks and smells perfect!

Jackson was awesome- very personable and down to business at the same time. He even moved a few small things off of the carpets to do an even more thorough job. The company told me they like to arrive on the early end of the quoted arrival time, and that’s exactly what happened. Very helpful especially given amount of time to get for drying. Would recommend

Seth made our white performance linen chairs and wool area rug look brand new! I am so impressed and excited about the end result. Not only are they spotless but also our house smells so clean.
