I signed up for cleaning services twice a month with the Maids early this year. They are always dependable and thorough in cleaning my home. I am a working Mom. They provide me with a small window of time when they expect to arrive, which allows me to schedule regular services without missing too much work. The Orange team (led by Vanessa) has been cleaning my home the last few months. They are always courteous. They worked hard to get some old stains out of my shower floor and make sure it is spotless each time they leave my home. Angela is also great to deal with when I have to reschedule services. I would definitely recommend the Maids to anyone who is looking for home cleaning

I recently utilized this housekeeping service & was extremely disappointed with the quality provided. Despite sending multiple images highlighting areas that were missed including services I specifically requested much of the apartment remained dirty and untouched. When I raised my concerns, the service rep responded defensively rather than constructively, even as I continued to communicate respectfully & provide evidence.

Typically, I rely on Vella Housekeeping & have never encountered such issues, but I decided to try this company & deeply regret it. The rep repeatedly urged to send someone back, after explaining multiple times I had already begun cleaning myself due to time constraints related to a move-out inspection. For the price charged, this level of service was completely unacceptable, particularly for a nearly empty apartment & has resulted to resolving this with my financial institution. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Update: This is truly unfortunate. See manager response below. Offering to come back out after I’ve REPEATEDLY confirmed I’ve already started cleaning myself due to a move out inspection. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Been using The Maids for almost 2 yrs. We have had the same team (Orange Team) for the last 6 months and its been great. They know my house and they know how particular I am with cleaning certain things. Highly recommend them! They are trust worthy as well.

The Maids are always on time, ready to work and get the job done in record time. Alex and the Blue Team leave our home spotless and smelling fresh. We get a full clean every two weeks and the house stays in great condition until the next time - perhaps because we don't have pets or children but I'm going to give all the credit to The Maids! Thank you Alex and the Blue Team!!

The Maids Team Brown, led by Lorena, did an excellent job cleaning my house. They were pleasant, listened to any instructions I had, and made my house spotless. I left to run errands, and appreciated the text message when they finished.

The place was left spotless, fresh, and perfectly organized. Their dedication and commitment to quality truly stand out. I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend The Maids. They are flexible with my schedule and show up on time and treat my home with professionalism. Betsy and the Green team did a thorough Jo and even worked it remove a stain from my hardwoods.

the customer service was great. the cleaning was not. i understand that they would say they did the best they could, but they charged me for extra hours than quoted & didn’t even do a good job. they claimed it was very filthy and that’s why it turned out the way it did. although the house was not in amazing shape, it was not that bad. i am not a professional cleaner and i myself had to go in & clean up a lot of areas they just decided not to cover because they cut corners. this was super disappointing and irritating after they hit me with a bill of over $500. would not recommend for a move in deep clean.

Lillie and her team with The Maids always do a thorough job of cleaning our offices. They are quick, professional and always friendly. I highly recommend them.

The Brown Team from The Maids, their leader Lorrena, were fantastic! They arrived on time, worked quickly, and left my place absolutely spotless. Everything was cleaned perfectly, from the floors to the tiniest corners. I highly recommend this team if you’re looking for quality and care. Great job, ladies!

1 Star - Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated
I paid $500 for what I expected to be a thorough, professional cleaning, but instead came home to a house that looked like the job was half-finished at best.
Issues I encountered:

Hair left on the floors throughout the house
My dirty laundry was mixed with my clean clothes, forcing me to rewash everything
Trash was not taken out
Ceiling fans were not dusted
My comforters were inexplicably removed from my bed

When I reached out about the bathtub stains, I was told they couldn't use "abrasive products" but these stains don't require anything abrasive, just proper cleaning technique and effort.
For $500, I expected to walk into a sparkling clean home. Instead, I spent my evening rewashing laundry, remaking beds and finishing the cleaning myself. This is not just disappointing, it's completely unacceptable.
I essentially paid $500 to come home and do the work myself. I cannot recommend this service and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for professional cleaning.

Rocio was punctual and did a great job at cleaning my 8 bedroom house. She’s also good with kids and pets. Very friendly, will call her soon again.

The Maids are amazing! They do such a wonderful job and are thorough and detailed. They are also so easy to work with. It has been a 10/10 experience using them. I highly recommend!

The Team did such a great job in my home today. I’m 2 weeks post of from knee surgery and they went over and beyond cleaning my home today. Appreciate these ladies!

I had the pleasure of working with The Orange Team and Leader Lillie today. They did an amazing job on our home. We had service booked with another company the prior day and they canceled on us last minute. With family coming in from out of town to stay we were in a pinch. Thank you to The Maids-Orange Team and Lillie for saving the day. The team was thorough, they arrived on schedule and got right to work. If I made a special request, they handled it. Would recommend this Team again 10/10!!!!!

The Maids continue doing it right --- The Blue Team's Alex and Martha were on-time, efficient and left my home spotless. They take such care of everything around the house. And if there’s something that needs special attention (like the oven or baseboards), just ask. Highly recommended. (This is my edit from a previous review; apparently Google doesn't allow repeat reviews for the same site - at least I can "repeat" with The Maids every two weeks!)

Service is horrible they promise you everything in the beginning and don't even dust or sweep. Left management messages no call back and then they want to bill you for no one showing up from there staff.. don't waist your time look for someone else

I used Valor Janitorial on a cleaning job for a popular bar renovation show while in the Arlington, TX area. They were absolutely wonderful and cleaned a FILTHY kitchen up to be fully functioning in a few short hours. They were punctual and professional. I would recommend them not only for janitorial use but restaurant and production use! They were awesome!
