We have been using Valor for a couple of years now and could not be happier with our service. The owner takes a very hands on and personal approach to running his business. We have 3 retail cigar lounges, which can get very dirty. The crew at Valor has the store shining after every cleaning. I would definately reccomend them.

We have been using Valor Janitorial for 7 years now and the service has been second to none. Before using Valor we went through quite a few services. The quality of service was just never quite right but more importantly the lack of communication was frustrating to say the least. Brandon and staff at Valor are always easy to get a hold of and would actually seek me out if they haven't heard from us to make sure that everything is alright. If you're looking for quality service and good communication with a leading edge company I would highly recommend using Valor Janitorial Services.

No he trabajado con esta empresa y fui, solo fui a solicitar información NO TRABAJO, Y solo al entrar, la señora que atiende en la entrada, en su sede Dallas Ables Ln lo primero que me dijo fue NO HAY TRABAJO, con una actitud arrogante. Así que atención al cliente cero, que bonito sería tener personas amables y dispuestas a ayudar e informar.

Great people!! I have worked with this company for the past several years and they possess the talent & know-how to handle your building cleaning needs.

Horrible company, customer service is nonexistent and to make things worse they leave your business wide open after hours so anyone could come in and clean you out. That's the only shot you have at them helping "clean" your business!

This is the worst company ever. Charle González, and Leon and Tiffyany Harris from the Florida branch located at the bartow court house tried withholding my check Twice in two months. I called corp twice only to talk to someone ruder on the phone. WORST COMPANY EVER.

Made an appointment... was told they would arrive between 9a - 10a. Never showed up, never called. I called... Tim the manager seemed not interested... told them to cancel. Disappointing...

Don’t know if there are other sales representatives, but this is regards to a specific one. Made an appointment with Tim Colby for granite & tile treatment in our home. He arrived & performed the services as requested, got paid, but has yet to call us back after numerous attempts by my wife & I. As a fellow business owner, I can’t believe the lack of professionalism we experienced. Follow-up customer service is completely NONEXISTENT. Beware of anything promised!!!

Nothing was done correctly. Owner was dismissive and rude on complaint. They did practically nothing. If you hire this company; you will be doing the work yourself and paying Jacob, the owner, for it. Please, please do not hire this company.

I am pleased with my experience with North Dallas Window Cleaning. The communication was timely and professional. Andy did a great job for us! I scheduled a deluxe clean, including gutter service. The windows never looked so good. I highly recommend this company and the services they offer.

Andy did a fantastic job. He was prompt and did excellent work at a reasonable price. I would use North Dallas Window Cleaning again for any pressure washing or glass cleaning jobs when I need help.
