Compared to other interstate relocations that I've personally experienced, I must say that our delivery on Feb 20, 2026, by Francisco and his team, Sergio and Lee, was fantastic. X Van Lines brokered our relocation from California to Texas. Kudos to the company that responded for our pickup. Our front end team was led by Javier. He was very courteous, detail oriented, patient, and committed to efficiency so that nothing was missed during the loading process. His team worked quickly, carefully and methodically preparing our belongings for the 1700 mile trip. By the way, Javier's handwriting is impeccable! Moving is not an exact science but on the back end of our relocation, we were pleased to see the huge moving van emblazoned with United Van Lines pull up to our house. Francisco was really great keeping in touch and letting us know when we could expect them to arrive. He clearly explained the unloading process and together we followed a plan to efficiently offload the truck, account for all items, and place them in our home. Sergio and Lee kept the process running very smoothly and we were impressed that the entire crew was professional, respectful, neatly attired, extremely hardworking, polite, and very conversational while staying focused on the job. They made us feel confident that we were in good hands and we made fast friends with them. Once Francisco introduced himself and his team, our stress was relieved and when the job was complete, we were ready to begin feeling at home. They properly discarded the wrappings leaving everything as neat and orderly as when they arrived. Anyone who is assigned a delivery with Francisco can be assured that he and his team will do their best to get the job done above and beyond what is expected. They delivered nothing less than their best. Awesome job, Francisco! You and your team were great!
