Honest, hard working, knowledgeable and always responsive. Felix has taken care of my property for 10+ years. He has a large hardworking crew and they get on the job and get things done like a well oiled machine every time. Creative ideas too when it’s time to redo landscape. Highly recommend.

First date was rescheduled by LosdUp.
The new date was set for May 19 but, the crew showed up at my condominium on May 18 consisting of mother, daughter, a toddler, and a handtruck.

They were misinformed about the assignment and thought they were moving only one appliance from one floor to the next.

I was donating a washer and dryer and discarding a cracked glass sofa table.

Their truck was full of mattresses so, they left and returned a couple hours later without a furniture dolly and occupied the elevator and blocked the building entrance and hallways in an attempt remove 3 large items.

The ladies and child were very polite, strong, and cautious and equally frustrated that the job description was poorly communicated by LoadUp.

On time, efficient and friendly! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I made appointment for Friday but they didn’t showed up and I called they told it was computer glitch and they give me new appointment for Sunday from 8-9 AM but they didn’t show up again and I called they tolled we some other load to pick up first and they give me the same day from9-12 PM but between 9-12 the Driver text massage and told I see your mattress on curbside I will pick it up but it was not my mattress and I sent my address again to the driver and finally the come after 12 PM I am not happy with service they keep my Home for tow days

I was in a jam after emptying my deceased mother's apartment and had some items that needed to be carried up 3 flights of steps. I have a bum knee and couldn't do it myself. Apartment had to be emptied by the 1st. I looked online and found LoadUp. Gave my info and set up May 31st 12-4pm window. All day I heard nothing. Every customer service number and text went unanswered. Finally got a message saying window expanded to 4-8pm. After repeatedly trying to reach them, I was able to speak to a person who said my order would have to be the next day. So, I agrred to the 8-12 window. Next day received a call in the am saying they were STILL trying to find a loader just before noon.After a few more calls they finally connected me to my loader and it still took 2 more hours of waiting for them to arrive. The guys who came were great and got the job done ,but all of the aggravation of coordinating this was INSANE!

Had a great experience with Philip. Showed up right on time and fixed my cabinet doors without having to replace the hinges. Will definitely be using for future jobs.

Ace has done several projects for me including replacing a door, drywall, and trim. Everything had been done very well, with great communication along the way. Solid company!

Shane did great job on my various projects. He was thorough, kept me updated throughout the day and gave me options and his recommendation, when unexpected issues were encountered. He also left no mess behind, which was really appreciated. I love the new half bathroom (Shane removed the old vanity and sink, replaced with new and tiled the back wall). I definitely plan to request him for my future projects.

Lily showed up on time and discussed the options available for the best way to hang a very large print, did the work right and quickly. Maximum positive rating!

Bryan Hale did an excellent job repairing and improving several things around my home. He was punctual, professional, and detail-oriented, and made sure everything was done right. I really appreciate his quality of work and highly recommend him for any home repair or projects!

Bryan did a good job assembling a bathroom vanity. I highly recommend Ace Handyman!

Steve did such a great job today. He replaced a door for me and the door came in shorter than the opening so he had to do drywall repairs too
It looks absolutely perfect. He replace my outs dryer vent too. Looks great!

Update: I really appreciate Shane. Again, I had complicated issues with an older home, but I felt very comfortable with his plan, and am very happy with the service.

Steve did a great job! Arrived on time; very knowledgeable and conscientious in his work. Had all the tools and supplies he needed. We will use Ace and Steve again.

I needed my garbage disposal changed out and Steve did an excellent job. He arrived on time, kept me apprised of how things were going, issues he found with the old garbage disposal, etc. Tidied up before he left and asked if I needed help with anything else.

I was impressed at how easy it was to coordinate appointments with the company and the continuous text updates. It felt more efficient and reliable than other repair and handyman services that I've used in the past. Wayland, our contractor, did a fabulous job building and installing our bookshelves. It's my favorite room in the house now!
