This Landscaping company loves to trash cars of people living in the complex 😡😡😡 Check out the pics I have added!

I have complained them about 1000... times before, and they haven't done anything about it!

It didn't used to happen for about a year..., and then it started to happen all of a sudden. It seems like they probably do it on purpose for property companies to get people to RENT more garages and carports 😡😡

As a Property Manager, I have used Prestige for 3 years on my community. I have never been disappointed and they never fail to impress! My community always looks exceptional, and we receive compliments often. Scott always answers my call and handles any and all requests promptly. I would recommend this company as best in DFW!

They come to the complex and barely do anything since the grounds by the office is under construction and the complex is so large that the office staff don’t check if they’re doing there job or not. Once they make a mess of my yard I go out and blow the leaves that they blow into my yard. How is it that they’re suppose to blow the leaves out but instead they half as do anything. Maybe the city should fine them for blowing the leaves from the sidewalk into the street. Because that’s what happens horrible workers

I am a property manager and have been using Prestige for years. They do a good job, are hard working, and are quick and efficient with any projects we assign. They have great customer service as well! Highly recommend for any large scale projects or nicer communities!

Driver of this truck was taking up 3 parking spaces at a convenience store off beltline with 0 other available spaces. Was asked to move and was aggressive and flipped the service attendant off.

Maybe they are perfectionists at caring for lawns. I don't know. But I was just standing on the sidewalk as they drove by, glanced up and some dude sitting in the back was giving me the bird. Maybe having a hard day, but is that where we are as a society? Sheesh. They had the company name on the truck so here I am.

Best Lawn Clean-up we have ever had.

Do not hire. Over six months, Jason’s Lawn Service skipped mows due to “mechanical failures” and “new crew assignments,” blew grass into my pool, and claimed they “forgot” the gate code to avoid leaf cleanup I paid extra for.

When I requested partial refunds, they said service isn’t guaranteed. After I canceled, they kept trying to charge me until my bank blocked them.

Avoid.

I used Jason's for a one time project as I prepared to leave my old residence. Communication was easy and straightforward, availability was quick and the employees who came out were friendly, professional, and did an outstanding job. I'd neglected the flower bed for a year and it was a night and day difference when they finished. Pricing was reasonable and it was easy to get an estimate up front. If I wasn't moving I'd keep using them.

Jasons service is good and dependable. He changed all my flower beds to look so nice.

I have called about 10 times in a three week span and not once did anyone answer and yes I left voice mails . I have been looking for a good lawn service for my property apparently this isn’t it!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They never show up when they are supposed to. They will tell you they are coming for days and never show up. Then when you call they give you some bogus excuse like your account was magically suspended when you have been talking to them for the last three months! Do yourself a favor and keep looking

Very bad service, I give this company no star if possible his crew botched up a job we were charged full price and at 68 had to mow our own lawn then he charged us anyway then they charged our card again after telling them not to come back. Don't use these guys!!! Their thieves

Horrible I will not use them again we started using them last Year they have never showen up on they day that are scheduled and did a really bad job they always have a excuse for not showing up waited one month for leaf clean up never showed up after many phone call. Worst lawn company in Plano they didn't ever mow behind our fence never edged and half did the weedeating

Jason’s Lawn Service took care of my lawn for 6 years. They are super responsive to any email questions and are very quick and efficient.
