They came out on short notice to clean all the leaves out of my yard and flower beds, 20 bags worth of leaves. They did a great job and had great communication.

Awful. They never arrive on the day you are scheduled. They say they will email you if not on time, but not once have I received an email from them. The website will say "on time" with a green stoplight photo, but it's not correct. My account includes edging but not once have they done it. The equipment they use is very old as I have seen the guys trying to fix and get the lawn mowers to start.

I used Jason's for lawn service for a few months last year. After I moved and cancelled service, they continue to bill my credit card for the service. I have called multiple times and requested that they stop billing me and they have not done so. This company seems to be a scam that collects credit cards and then continues to bill without stopping.

My first experience with Jason's Lawn Service was very pleasing. They were fast, very efficient, and left my property very clean looking. I was impressed with the service. I look forward to my nest appointment with Jason's.

We'd used them for over a year and got fed up eventually with some recent events.
- As others have mentioned, they don't show up on the same day regularly. One day we had our elderly dogs getting groomed in the back yard and they showed up; we asked them to come back later, they said they couldn't do that and required a 24-hour notice and charged us anyway. How are we to give a 24 hour notice if we have no idea what day they will service the lawn?
- This past fall we switched from weekly to biweekly. In the spring when service started up again, it was unexpectedly reset back to weekly without us requesting, so we had additional charges on our account
- Communication can be difficult. I called the number but the voice mail prompting system put me into an infinite loop of calling the number over and over and never could leave a message.

On a positive note, one day I was cleaning up my garage and the lawn guy offered to blow out the leaves that had accumulated in the garage.
Unfortunately the negatives far outweighed the positive.

Had Jason's come out to a new house and do the spring clean up from the old tenants who didn't really do a good job. The crew was fast, but meticulous. The yard, beds and shrubs look fantastic. Highly recommend

I was please with the price and no-hassle lawn care. It was mowing the front and back yards. Communication by email about season's end and restarting services was appreciated. Inquiries were responded to in a timely fashion and the only reason we ended the service was because we moved.

Rates were fair and job was good. We had to cancel service due to moving, but they responded immediately and had no issues canceling. (For anyone concerned with previous reviews). Fast and pricing is competitive for area - customer support was very friendly. Thanks for addressing our concerns.

I've used Jason's Lawn Service for 2 years. Jason's employees are dependable and do a great job. Our yard could not look better and they are the best lawn service around!

Jason's Lawn Service is dishonest. I wasn't happy with their work, I cancelled. When I cancelled I received an email stating that I had to pay for 4 mows total before cancelling, obviously I had never signed anything to state that. However, I did allow them the opportunity to mow 2 more times and I paid them. Two weeks later (they did not mow) but charged my credit card for service. I tried to contact them, they have not answered email or phone attempts. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone !!!!

Update: Jason has finally contacted me back to threaten a $75.00 charge for my disputing the charge that they never provided services for.

Please think twice before hiring this company!!!

I've been a customer of Jason's Lawn Service for 10 years. His guys provide efficient service on a timely basis. If I need something extra, they report it and it is done on my next service date. I would recommend Jason's Lawn Service to anyone needing service..

Beware! Never use this rip off company! Jason, the owner, is running a deceptive business. He quotes you a price, then instead states he mowed the neighbor's yard and then when you call and ask why they didn’t mow for you, he then tries to charge you extra for his return (likely to cover the free mow he says his guys gave the neighbor, not my fault, pay better attention!) I then spoke to the neighbor across the street, who is retired by the way and keeps a meticulous yard; he said no, they never mowed my grass and I wouldn’t have let them. Jason, the deceptive thief, charged my credit card anyway, even though he never mowed for me. As all the other reviews state, Jason collects credit cards and charges for work not performed. I’ll be reporting him and disputing the charge as everyone else stated that they had to do.

Further, the monthly annual membership Jason is charging is a rip off and scam. Please beware everyone and do the math. Who needs to pay $240 a month x 12 months of the year which comes to $3,000 per year for seasonal lawn mow which should only run you no more than $1,000 for the entire mow season at $40 per cut for a standard lawn x 20 mows which is $1,000. Do not sign up for his 12 month annual contract! This is Texas; there is no winter service needed to pay him $240 per month year round! So many better lawncare providers who are not trying to rip you off! Read all of Jason’s terrible reviews; everyone is saying the same thing - scam artist!

When we hired Jason's for weekly maintenance, I explained that I had a few landscaping projects as well. The crew started showing up on a weekly basis, but when I started contacting them about the projects (flower bed clean-up, adding a stone border), I never heard back. I contacted them several times, by email and phone. Nothing. I ended up hiring another company to do the projects and let Jason's keep mowing. Around November 16, I had noticed that weeds were starting to pop up and realized we hadn't seen them in a couple of weeks. Then we received an email stating that Jason's Lawn Service is closing until 2013 due to inadequate staffing. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

I have used different yard services over the 33 years I have owned my home. Jason's Lawn Service is far superior! From the very reasonable cost, to exceptional dependability, and going far & above on my yard service I HIGHLY recommend Jason's. You will have to go far to find a better company to do your yard, shrubs,..,

I've been using Jason's services going on 7 years now. He has been nothing but kind and professional. His crew gets the job done. I have used them for lawn care weekly and for pulling weeds all around the house and the flower beds. They do an awesome job~! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. The cost of services are never a let down as he is so reasonable and that's a big savings in my purse.

We changed to Jason’s lawn service from just one man that was doing a nice job, and I wish we hadn’t. He did way better than this “service”. Pretty rough mistake. The pricing system seemed straight forward until you see the quality. They didn’t blow leaves at the base price which seems standard to me, and when I called to inquire, could never get anyone on the phone/call back. Through email I was told that it’s an extra to “blow” leaves. Once I paid that extra cost the blowing was really non-existent and was the last straw. This is what I believe to be a hands-off management of a crew that do below par work with zero accountability to the customer. Even the mowing and edging were way below expectation. Don’t be fooled by the website, it’s not a good value, professional or good communication.

I’ve been using Jason’s for almost a year. They are reliable, easy to communicate with, and the rate is reasonable and I don’t have to mow the lawn!

jason charges us extra to blow out leaves from areas he deemed "landscaping" and to also pick up larger sticks that fall from the trees. I have tried to speak to him (last year), he wanted pictures of what they were not doing and things broken. I take it he wants me to do his job to let the new crews that come out every time know our needs. They no longer answer the phone, it rings until cut off. So far his people have broken two solar panels for recharging our motorcycles, 4 yard lights (found them in pieces), continuously knocks down the torches and spills out all the fluid in the yard. They have mowed over things we have out. They blow leaves directly into the bikes, we have to pull them out of engine to ride. I keep the porch clean & have to re-clean every time they come since they blow the leaves from the yard onto the porch. We also have to rake up the leaves they blow everywhere. I feel scammed and like a fool for using this so-called company with a storage space for their company address Dallas. The pics are after the last visit 11-20-24. Clearly shows area not even touched all season. Process of cleaning porch and sticks and leaves still in the yard. All he had to do was answer the phone and take care of business. How is he not embarrassed for his quality and treatment of people?
