Kenndle our Emerald Lawn technician conducted the regular monthly lawn treatment on 6/4/26. Kenndle greeted us to say he was here to provide the lawn care service. Kenndle is an absolutely fantastic and very professional young gentleman who is eager to ensure he provides 5 Star service and he does! I had just bought this home and realized we had bees coming in from the outside. I called many places, and this company was most informative and fair priced. Jeff did the general inspection and did a great job on informing me of the process, he also got me someone in quickly to do the removal of the bees. Dustin did a great job at removing the bees and was very kind. Highly recommend this company!

Responsive, professional, courteous, fast, and very informative on what type of bee we had and what it would take to remove them. They came and answered every question and then not only handled the infestation but also repaired any damage that was done during the removal. Would absolutely recommend them!

Victor did a great job eradicating the ground hornets nest & saving the bees that had nests in the tall tree in our front yard.

Bees returned in a new spot on the tree… Taylor was able to cover the holes in the tree so hopefully they won’t return… & he sprayed the ground by flowerpots so they will go away. He did a great job plus he is a neighbor in Lake Highlands & will come back next week for a recheck.

From inspection to completion, bees were saved, my property was restored, every person I had the pleasure of meeting with Honey Bee Rescue was professional, friendly, and explained everything in detail. Even photos! We had no idea how large the infestation was and we were amazed to see the photos. Great work!

We received excellent service! I called in the morning and they had someone call me back within a couple of hours to discuss the what we had and provide a quote. He came out same day and removed the bees and hive. Very happy with the service!

We had a small wasp problem in our house and they came out quickly to see what was going on. They also educated me on what to expect with the wasps (not aggressive, will leave us alone, they go dormant at night) which helped ease my anxiety while waiting for them to come out. Taylor was great and very helpful. Wasps were taken care of!

Kim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with supporting the bee removal process from our chimney. She was extremely prompt and responsive to questions and facilitated expediting the job due to an urgency on our part. Victor, the technician that came to do the work had excellent communication during the initial stage while examining the site, he sent pictures of the scope of the bee hive while he was on the high roof working on taking apart the chimney bricks, and he was so courteous to ask if we wanted honey from the comb and he showed me the bee box (where he accumulated the bees so that they could be relocated to a designated bee farm). Wonderful experience from all the people at this company, especially since this is our first issue with bees we had questions and their experience was just tremendous!!!
