Juan went above and beyond with not only doing outside windows and screens but also large hallway and dining room mirrors as well as shower doors. At our party many people asked if I had new windows because they were so clean! Totally Worth It! Treat yourself!

Park Cities cleaned my wrap-around porch and front concrete sidewalk. The job included 4 windows, 2 doors, and the porch ceiling, railings and walls. The front of my house looks great! Did cleaning in night at 11:45 he send video saying it’s motor is not working. They started cleaning at 10pm they messed up the motor and claimed it’s not working from long time where it was changed 1 month before.
I spent $2000 to fix it.

They do great work. Employees are very professional and know what they are doing. I recommend them to all my friends.

Not professional at all. Some how they have better ratings now but i should went with my gut and not use em. They will break ur equpiment and will come up with an excuse not to service you anymore. As a fellow Koreans, not cool at all.

They apparently blacklisted our restaurant for what the previous owners did (they were not that great of people I confess). We explained that the ownership was transferred to us and they agreed to clean. They cleaned for us twice and when we tried to schedule for a third time they ghosted us. No callbacks or answers to tell us why we were supposedly blacklisted again. Petty and unprofessional and they leave a mess when they leave.

Their technicians took over an hour to tell me they didn't have the proper equipment to clean the exhaust fan on our roof. I rescheduled 3 weeks down the road to ensure they brought the right equipment this time. We were scheduled for service tonight after we closed. I just received a phone call (the day of, after waiting 3 weeks for service) and they informed me they wouldn't have the proper equipment to service me and I needed to find a new company. Absolute garbage. That's not how you do business.

Extra impressed with the flexibility speediness, and professionalism provided I took over my restaurant from previous own who neglected the cleaning of vent hood and filter they were black and now shining like stainless steel. I’m am very satisfied with the work and look forward to quarterly cleaning from this company

I am extremely satisfied with the team's service and their quality of work. For less price than our previous company, they cleaned our hood filters without extra charge!! They were on time and they finished the service in half the time too. (They sent 4 people, instead of 2 unlike our previous company!). They were courteous and professional and I'm so glad I've found them after trying so many other companies.

We called on a busy Saturday as we noticed grease was leaking from our vent. We sent them a picture of it as we were not due for a cleaning for another month. After they reviewed the video I sent them, they agreed that it needed cleaning. They came the next day which was a Sunday and spent 4 hours cleaning the hood. It looked like a brand new hood when they finished. They were punctual, and professional. They took their time and didn't rush through even though it was a Sunday, would have preferred to be sitting on their couch watching football. If your looking a professional team to clean your vents, these are the guys to call. Couldn't be happier!!
