Sam is the most trustworthy, honest rug expert in Dallas. Not only does he do an amazing job with cleaning services but his inventory of beautiful AUTHENTIC oushak rugs is incredible. I purchased a gorgeous rug for my husband’s office, as well as having the rug in my office enzyme cleaned for pet stains, and we are SO HAPPY with both.

Sam and his team were very professional and did a great job, they came and picked up our rug, cleaned it and made it look brand new! They even moved all the furniture back and arranged it for us. They steam cleaned our couch and have it looking great again. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I called The RugGuys after seeing their reviews. I had them clean 3 really large rugs for me. The entire experience with this company was excellent. I have 2, 150 pound dogs and the paw traffic on my area rug was terrible (color is a light blue, white, and grey) A distinct dark black ring around the carpet from them going in and out and laying on the carpet. Wet paws and new black mulch caused even more staining. I can not believe how amazing all three rugs came out. They look brand new. Sam is one of the kindest people. He was extremely courteous, helpful, honest, hardworking, and throughly explained everything. My rugs are nice to look at but were made from some of the worst materials to clean. He explained why and set realistic expectations on what he could and possibly could not do. However, he over delivered on the rug. I still cannot believe how beautiful they look. Like I said, they look brand new. I wish I had a before picture to show the difference but as you can see from the after the rug looks new. I would highly recommend this company for your area rug cleaning needs, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Rugguy, and I must say I am extremely satisfied with the experience. As a pet owner with three dogs who love to roll all over my rug, it had seen better days. Enter Sam, the friendly professional from Rugguy.

He assessed the condition of my rug, explained the process, and provided a two-week turnaround estimate. To my surprise and delight, he exceeded that estimate, returning my rug to me in just a little over a week.

Upon first meeting Sam he was courteous and personable. He answered all my questions, explained their rug cleaning process and how it differs from the process used by other rug cleaners. He also educated me on my own rug and the difference between Persian and Turkish rugs.

My husband and I were thrilled when he was willing to move our dining room table, which is too heavy for us to move. He brought an assistant to move the table and lay down the rug. I appreciate that he was attentive to the details of getting the rug centered in the room and the dining table centered on the rug to my satisfaction. He even rolled up and tied the prior dining room rug and moved it to our garage. All this was at no extra charge. Now that's incredible service!!

The rug did take longer to get returned to us due to staff shortage at the time. This required me having to reach out twice to check on the status of the rug. In light of the fact that we were not under any particular schedule, this was a very minor issue.

Once in the last year I had another rug cleaned, but with another company. The other company did a poor job. With Rug Guys the rug looks wonderful! They also pick up and return the rug at no additional charge. I will definitely be using them again!

We spilled hot scented wax on our breakfast room rug at the beginning of the holiday season. It was a large patch that attracted dirt. I was hoping the rug guys could make it look a bit better until we bought a new one. I was surprised when they brought the rug back looking like new! The colors bright and vibrant again. Friendly helpful service. All and all a great experience.

Sam was kind courteous and knowledgeable about everything when it came to my rugs. You can’t convince me there’s a better rug service in DFW! The pick up and drop off service was amazing and the work speaks for itself once they roll out your rug. I would highly recommend anyone that needs a rug clean to check these guys out ASAP! I had a sisal and wool blend rug that needed to be resized and cleaned and was ready to throw it away because I did not think sisal could be cleaned. I wish everyone could have seen and smelled this rug before they cleaned it, it looks like a completely different rug! The wait time was worth it, especially since are a small business with very reasonable pricing for the quality of work, and they are even helping the Kerr Community with servicing rugs right now. Would recommend, they are experts in their field based on results and were able to identify mistakes from a previous company that caused bleeding of color onto the border, which they resolved. The communication and transparency was exceptional given it did take extra time since it had to be double enzyme washed thanks to dog urine that would not land dried.

Got two rugs cleaned by the Rugguys and very happy with the results and price! We had a large living room rug and a hallway runner that have suffered from several pets and lots of foot traffic. Absolutely AMAZING!! I was nervous about trusting anyone with our handmade area rug but I’m so glad I thrusted The Rug Guys. Sam is not only very responsive and professional but the cleaning job they did on our rug is unbelievable. Of course the stains are gone, which was the goal, but the colors are more vibrant and the wool fibers feel like a brand new rug. Incredible results!!!

I had a rug that would not get clean no matter what we tried. I bought a Bissell, I rented a rug doctor, I even dragged this thing out to my driveway to power wash it and it actually made things worse!

I called RugGuys and they came the next day to pick up the rug and I swear they must have replaced it because there's no way this is the same one I gave them!

The pictures speak for themselves. If you want quality work, a clean rug, white glove service, AND a great price...look no further. I'm definitely reaching out to them and referring everyone I know to them.

I was deep cleaning my rug, and no matter how many times I vacuumed or spot treated, it was still holding onto dust, mud, and food stains—thanks to my dog and the many family gatherings we’ve had. After calling several rug cleaning companies I found on Google, Sam with RugGuys was the first to answer promptly. He gave me a quote on the spot, explained the process in detail, and even offered to come by the next day to provide a more accurate estimate or pick up the rug.

Sam came by as promised, my husband agreed to the quote, paid half up front, and off the rug went. Throughout the cleaning process, we received updates, and within 3 weeks, Sam dropped it back off—looking absolutely brand new! They even washed it twice to make sure every stain was gone.
