Phenomenal service from RugGuys. Had an area rug that had been sitting in the garage, totally filthy, and they were able to get it looking brand new. Sam was awesome - super friendly, great service, and very knowledgable all for a very fair price!

My experience with the RugGuys was simple and smooth!!! Sam picked up the rug same day I called, returned the rug in a few weeks, and boom. My living room rug looks brand new, smells brand new and feels brand new. I’d recommend to a friend and would come back when I need their services!

I just got back my 9x7 area rug from the rug guys and seriously this is the best money ive ever spent ! The carpet was purchased in 2019 and while we have vacuumed / used multiple rug doctor machines, It just wasn't getting it clean. I looked for carpet services that would pick up/ return as well as treat rugs for my issues ( pet issues and overall cleanliness). Sam walked through the options for my carpet and he was the best as he was straightforward as well as honest. I've never sent off any rug for cleaning and was quite anxious about what I was going to get back, but It was beyond stellar! Be patient as it takes time to get your rug back but you are told that upfront and its worth it! If you want to keep your rug and get it back looking like new use the Rug guys! I will definitely be using them again!

Highly recommend Rugguys. I called 5 different companies and Sam was the only one who offered to come out that same day and give an estimate for three rugs that hadn’t been cleaned in over 10 years. He also took the rugs that day. His estimate was the best and included an enzyme wash to get rid of pet stains. He delivered the rugs back on time and they look and smell great and have new life! We had 2 large rugs, one was thick but standard, and the other was a sheepskin rug that was completely abused by our little dog. We didn't have time to get it cleaned for over a year so we kept in the garage, and it was so gross. A month later after one phone call to RugGuys, both of them were like new! I was super impressed and extremely happy with how well they were cleaned - no smells, and no spots!

SUPERB Service. My rugs were in pretty bad shape 😟 (3X5 Area Rug and 2X8 Runner). I had been searching online for some time trying to find an area rug cleaning service. Sam cleaned four rugs very well, despite one had a bad stain. Rugs smelled like they were washed well. Sam is very friendly and personable. Highly recommended!

Sam was super professional and is all around a great guy! He was able to come next day and pickup up our rug. We have a pet so we couldn’t enjoy our rug due to dark marks and pet stains. When Sam brought our rug back it looked as good as new! 10/10 would definitely recommend his services!

When our rug was stained by a contractor I immediately called Rug Guys. Sam came out the next day. He was very personable and felt confident he could get all the stains out, and that’s exactly what he did. Delivery back to me was a breeze and he even helped put my furniture back in place. Sam was very professional and explained their washing process and pricing very well! He quoted us and took our rug the same day and had it back with in the expected time frame. Our rug looks almost like new and smells so much better! They were even able to get the matting to look fluffy again. Would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for a rug cleaning.

Had a really good experience with the Rug Guys. I worked with Sam to get two of my rugs to be cleaned after having big stains. They were pretty big rugs and had bad pet stains from dirt and spilled drinks. They came out really nice- all stains gone and was back in a few weeks! They were also very helpful moving furniture out of the way and back on, which I was specifically looking for

I’ve had my wool rugs washed 2x by Sam and his company. They have done an excellent job both times with my wool rugs, 1 was plant dyed as well. Stains gone, super fluffy and nice. And the customer service is extremely friendly
