I needed a couple of oriental rugs cleaned. These rugs have been in my family for many years and I wanted them done well. After looking at reviews of places in my area I decide to look in Dallas. Y’all had great reviews. I drove the 1.5 hours to have my rugs cleaned. I was not disappointed. I was met at the door with a group of folks ready to get to work. It was only a couple of weeks and they texted me that they were ready. Your employees are kind, helpful and clearly knowledgeable. I see now why you have been in business since 1911. My rugs look wonderful! I highly recommend Oriental Rug Cleaners Co. of Dallas!

My rug hadn’t been cleaned since I first got it and they did a great job! Even the threads at the end are white now! I highly recommend them and very easy as well. They picked up and had it delivered back to my home, all I had to do was pick up my phone.

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. We took our rug in to be cleaned and they also repaired a tear and re-attached the hems. The rug looks wonderful! We picked this one up and dropped off another! Highly recommend!!

We have had multiple rugs cleaned for general cleaning as well as a white shag rug with multiple spots on it. Somehow, they make things look brand new again! They are also able to address dog issues of vomit or feces.

They are very nice, offer expedited service, text when your product is ready and deliver a great product.

I have used Oriental rug cleaning company for years. My husband and I own some very nice carpets and we have always love the service that we get with Oriental rug. I cannot even put into words how amazed I am at this place!! I have a rug that I love dearly but it was looking terrible. I had tried everything to clean it. Steam cleaner, spot treatments, even had another company try to bring it back to life and failed. Oriental Rug Cleaning came and picked up my rug and made it look new again. It’s soft, fluffy, and the tassels are white again!! I wish I had a before picture because the after just doesn’t do it justice. My rug is absolutely gorgeous again!!

I bought my rug while traveling in Syria 20yrs ago and was heartbroken after straining and color bleeding from my own efforts to clean up after several pet accidents. We bought a used area (8x10) rug that was really nice but needed cleaning and deodorization. They did a wonderful job, and the rug was ready sooner than what they quoted! Our rug looks new now, and it has absolutely no odor. We also purchased a rug pad from them. They cut it to size, and it makes the rug look and feel great. Super friendly staff, great service!

False advertising and overcharged big time!! The vomit was not removed and now my wood framing all around the house are ruined and stained by his buffer. Feel so taking advantage of and deceived. 🥲

Don’t go any further searching for a reputable rug/carpet service!! These are the people you need! I have a shot-shag white 8 x 10 rug. So why did everyone think it was grey!! I decided it was time to get it cleaned.

Sam rolled her up on Monday and brought it back Friday! Well…take a look! She’s WHITE again! I’m thrilled with the results and it was affordable to boot!

I trusted Rug Guys with my heriz rug and unfortunately, I regret it. The beige areas of my rug came back pink, and when I asked about it, I was told it was “because of the dyes and that this happens.” I’ve had this exact rug professionally cleaned before at Dallas Oriental with no issues at all, so I know this problem isn’t inevitable—it’s a result of their cleaning process.

What made the situation worse was the way I was spoken to. The gentleman talked down to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, when in fact I own several of these rugs from my time overseas and I’m very familiar with their care.

If you have a priceless or sentimental rug, I would strongly recommend taking it elsewhere. I will not be using Rug Guys again.
