I booked an appointment with them via phone call and the techs arrived within the scheduled time. They also called me before they arrived. Upon arrival, they conducted an inspection and gave me a very reasonable quote. I am very happy with the results. Plus, they also gave me a follow up call after they cleaned my vent. A complete scam one wonders how they got a 5 star rating, more like a 5 star fraud. Paid for 2 hours of service and not only did they no call no show even after I called to confirm the day before with no answer they continued to rack up $1000 worth of charges on my card. I reported them and had to close my debit account. Use a reputable cleaning service where you can actually talk to satisfied customers. Do not trust internet reviews for cleaning service.

We have used the Oriental Rug Cleaning Co for many years. They treat our old and well-used carpets with the respect antique rugs deserve and do a perfect job. I highly recommend.

We were extremely happy with everything. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because they texted me when it was ready and I never saw that text for whatever reason so I finally called a good week later and they said it was ready and told me that they had texted me previously. Maybe a call would’ve been better.
So we went down and picked it up.
It wasn’t a big problem, but that would be the only reason I wouldn’t give them five stars, otherwise great service nice people and a good job.

I only use this company to clean our large area rugs. They always do an incredible job and while it’s super pricey, it’s totally worth it. One of our dogs made her mark on our bedroom rug enough times that it was starting to be noticeably smelly, and Oriental Rug Cleaning gave it back better than new. Amazing work and very communicative team!

My cat had a large accident when she was sick all over my colorful rug I purchased years ago when I lived overseas. I thought for sure it was not able to be saved, but I called Oriental Rug Cleaning and they were so kind and immediate. They even have services for delivery in case you can’t lift the rug. They were so professional and helpful. I have already referred others as I think they are wonderful and also priced very reasonably. Definitely recommend them!

We bought an 8x10 hand made rug at an estate sale, without having much in the way of details about it's history. Plus it was filthy dusty. Oriental Rug was great to work with. They were super responsive and beat their estimated time frame for cleaning by a week. In addition to the superb washing, they were very informative about the likely history of the rug, where it was made, etc. I highly recommend them for rug cleaning.

Always have taken great care of family's rugs. They have a nice selection for sale, too. Service is fast for a rug-cleaning company, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's in an odd part of town and may not look like much on the outside, but you can assuredly trust them to give you great service at a fair price.

Oriental Rug Cleaning did a fantastic job on my three rugs. One was a repair, and the other two, just cleaning. The repair was excellently done. From the first time I contacted them, every interaction was positive . My rugs are 100 year old Oriental rugs, so I wouldn't trust just any company with them. They all look great, and delivery was very efficient, and timely, and I thought the price was quite reasonable for the work done. Thanks to a superior business!

I was very impressed with the work done by Oriental Rug Cleaning. They cleaned my 20+ year old oriental rug and they also fixed a few seams. The carpet looks fantastic. And the team at Oriental Rug couldn't have been nicer. I'll definitely use them again when I need area rugs cleaned.

Oriental had been my go-to rug cleaner for almost 40 years. Pick and delivery, expert cleaning and repair. Prices are reasonable for the fine service. Wouldn’t use anyone else

These folks saved the day. Out of all the floor space in my home that my dog could have chosen to get sick, she had to puke on the 2x4 Turkish rug. I cleaned it as best I could but it was obvious I needed a professional. I chose Oriental Rug Cleaning Co based on their reviews and years of track record; they did not disappoint. I felt embarrassed bringing it to them (ew) but they were so kind and nonjudgy. The work was excellent, done within two weeks, and a very reasonable price.
