Just had my rug cleaned yesterday by Legacy Steamer and I couldn’t be happier. He did a wonderful job my rug looks and smells like new. Thank you very much Naor!!

Naor was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He told me he wouldn’t clean upholstered bed frame because it’s a cream color and it would later on turn yellow, he instead brushed and vacuumed it and it looked brand new! He also cleaned our area rug from the living room and it looks amazing.

These people are thieves. I put request in Yelp and they responded. First told me high price. Then said I could get first time customer price and then went lower when they were out bid. Said it would be picked up ‘right now’! An hour later still not there. In the meantime someone else I had an offer from showed up and removed the trash. I thought it was this company since they said right now. I paid them on Zelle but they weren’t at my property snd hadn’t even arrived. I paid them in error. I told them someone else showed up first snd I paid them in error. They refuse to give the money back. They did nothing and kept the money. Shady business. Dishonest thieves. I wouldn’t hire them. Gave me one name to pay through Zelle and had contact from 3 other names. Suspicious.

My neighbors decided this week to do renovations to their backyard. They hired this service to drop gravel on the neighbors driveway so they could install terf on Monday 12/9. They dropped at 12:30pm. When dropping the load, this company went straight into my yard leaving tire marks and ruining my lawn. There was no consideration for my property.

Based on the last reviews, this company has truly leveled up! I had a great experience with their cleaning and trash hauling services. Things change and so do people. You should consider giving them another try. Thanks Quik n Tidy for a job professionally well done!
