I’ve been a client for a few years. They’re always on time and do an excellent job. Communication with the office is so easy via text if needed.

This is the 4th month they've come to clean my house. They do such a good job. The house is MUCH cleaner than when I was doing it. And they're a really nice, friendly and professional group. Glad I picked them!

I started using this company over 15 years ago. I stopped for a number of years for various reasons, however when I decided to go back to a home cleaning service I didn't hesitate one bit to go back to the Maids of Dallas. They do a fantastic job. I've never had an issue with this company. A team just left my home. The house is spotless it smells fantastic and above all it feels clean. The team is excellent they were efficient congenial and friendly. . I will definitely continue to use the Maids of Dallas with Glenn goody as the owner of the franchise. He's great and I highly, highly recommend his company for home cleaning. I'm sure there are negatives there always are but that is to be expected when you run a business. But trust me they will make it right.

I hired the maids for a move out clean. They were absolutely amazing. They took care of every detail. I have used several other services before and this one was the most detailed and thorough. I will definitely use them again!

The cleaning team is great. Don't always have the same people but they always do a great job. Because there are 4 or 5 of them, they are in and out quickly. My only complaint is the scheduling. You know the day they're coming but not the time until late the day before arrival. And they require 24 hours notice to change the time without a fee. So you have to keep the entire day open for them to be at your house for an hour. Seems like if you clean my house every week you could just give me the same time slot. They did give me the option to pick mornings or afternoons.

Excellent job done in record time! Our house needed both post-renovation and move out. I also had a lot of add-ons.

My husband and I have been pleased with the work our crew does. We appreciate their promptness and availability. We have been using them for about a year now and find them to the trustworthy and dependable.

It took months to get a cleaning scheduled because no one but the owner of The Maids in Dallas and Rockwall County, Glen Goody, who I was told would get back to me, could answer my questions about what cleaning products are used. My family is very sensitive to certain chemicals and I needed to be sure none would be used and make us sick! I never heard from Glen, but needed a deep clean for the holidays and was reassured that they use safe and fragrance free cleaners to avoid reactions from anyone, so I decided to give them a try.

The cleaners did an overall good job. There were a few areas I had to ask them to touch up a bit better, one of them being our stainless steel kitchen sink that still looked dirty in some places. I heard harsh scratching noises from the other room while they were redoing it and shortly after they left I discovered that the entire bottom of the sink was badly scratched. I immediately called the main line to see what could be worked out to repair the damage. I was once again told no one but Glen could help me. It took him over 24 hours to get back to me, and that was only via text. He told me there was nothing the cleaners have in their tools that could scratch steel, “but there is polish you can get to remove any scratches, and apparently even toothpaste works too.” I advised I had already tried baking soda and it didn’t do a thing. He proceeded to indicate his employee was “specifically asked to scrub the sink hard. We have no remedy for this other than to refer to insurance.” I asked for him to clarify what he meant by “refer to insurance.” When he didn’t respond for 4 days, I texted again asking for clarification. No response. Two weeks went by, still no response, so I asked again to clarify. Almost 24 hours later, Glen finally responded reiterating that everything they use is safe for steel and “we believe that these scratches existed prior to our arrival.”

This has been a terrible experience! Not only was all customer service bottlenecked through the owner, Glen Goody, he could never be bothered to actually have a conversation about the damage to our sink and first experience with his business. It is absolutely unbelievable to me that he also implied I was lying about the damage by saying the scratches existed before they arrived. I would NEVER recommend The Maids to anyone based on the way Glen conducts his business!

I've been using The Maids service for about a year now and I HIGHLY recommend them. It started when my previous cleaners couldn't come for my monthly service during the week of a holiday. I'd been with that company for 4 years. I scrambled to find a company that could come on short notice, especially during a holiday week. The Maids were out the next day with a rate cheaper than I was being charged at the last company. When The Maids come out, there's usually a team of 3-5 people cleaning. It makes the job go by faster and allows the cleaners to focus on specific areas better than my old company that only sent 2 cleaners.

My wife and I always look forward to the scheduled visit from the crew! We have been customers for many years and we’ve never had a complaint. They are prompt, and get right to it. They are careful and professional. We prefer to run an errand when they get here, but if we stay, they work around you and are very courteous. We look forward to next time!

Our favorite thing about coming home on Maids Day is the way our house smells so Fresh & Clean! We have been using them for about 5yrs & they do a great job including the deep cleaning details that matter to us. If we ever need a schedule change it’s ’No Problem’ and ‘Happy to Take Care of You’.

I don’t know what I’d do without The Maids of Dallas but I know it would involve a lot more cleaning and it wouldn’t be near as good as the magic they do!

I’ve had other cleaning services in the past where it’s almost work for me before they come but not this crew! Even with my crazy work/life balance that often leads me out of town in back to back weeks, they make it so easy! All I do is live my crazy life and look forward to their arrival so I can enjoy my house just as it should be.

This team is friendly, professional and, amazingly, they simply get the job done every single time! I’ve recommended The Maids of Dallas to so many neighbors and friends, it’s high time I tell Google too.

The Maids did a fabulous job deep cleaning my house! I’ve been ill for several weeks and have not been able to keep up and they made my house sparkle again. I got recommendation from family members who have had The Maids for several years. We’re all very happy with the service and with all the extra touches.
