I've been using The Maids for 5 years and they've always been thorough and efficient. I was looking for a company that I could trust to clean my home whether I was there or not and The Maids have consistently delivered.

They are not upfront about how much rescheduling charges are. I was told rescheduling on the day of would incur a $50 fee when I called but later found that I was charged $100+ as ‘cancellation fee’ even though I did not cancel, just rescheduled. They provide different information over phone vs text. When I pointed out the discrepancy, the person texting became rude and asked if I wanted to cancel. Also stopped picking up the phone when I wanted to speak to someone rather than text. I canceled because they seem highly unprofessional. They never even sent me an email with the quote ever.
Edited to add: As is clear from the reply, they are still avoiding addressing the issue of the discrepancy in informing me about the fee and how it changed from $50 one day to $100 the next. I DO NOT recommend this business.

Their cleaning equipment severely damaged my wood floors. The location and trajectory of the markings make it obvious it was done by them (not to mention no one else has been in my home since the quarantine). When I initially called, I was very polite and explained the situation. I completely understand that accidents happen. It has now been over a month, I’ve left countless messages and I’ve been told 4 SEPARATE TIMES that a supervisor will return my call (which has never happened). At this point it’s pretty clear they have no intention of helping me. Trust me, there are PLENTY of companies that will do a good job cleaning your home. Find one that is trust worthy and will take responsibility for their actions if something goes wrong.

We have been using the Maids for several years now and they have always done a good job cleaning our home. They work with our schedule, are reliable, and the office staff is pleasant and responsive.

Just had my first cleaning. It was amazing: They cleaned the hanging pictures and framed artworks; they cleaned the light fixtures and lamps; they wiped down all of the cabinets; they dusted everthing including the blinds; of course they vacuumed and mopped. But as I was doing a walkthrough after they left, I noticed that the ends of the toilet tissue rolls had been neatly folded into triangles. I don’t believe they missed anything - I could not be more pleased.

Always on time. Always a thorough job, and always friendly and kind. LOVE having the help!

We were recently rushing to get our house ready to put on the market and all three of the house cleaning services recommended by our realtor fell through or couldn't come soon enough for what we needed.
I then called The Maids. The person I spoke with (Sara) was extremely helpful and scheduled an appointment for our "Move-Out" cleaning within the time frame we needed.
A team of four cleaners showed up on schedule and worked non-stop until they had the job done. We were so impressed with how hard they worked, no chit chatting, just hard work. I know it's cliche' to say, but when they were done it looked like a new house and we wished we didn't have to sell!! Not only did it look clean, but it smelled fantastic too. That was quite a feat to accomplish after us living there for 10 years with two dogs.
I've have never used a house cleaning service before. If I had known what a good job they can do in such a short amount of time, I would have called them years ago so I could have enjoyed having this house super clean while we still lived in it.
Thank you to The Maids!!! I'm sure they've added quite a bit of value to my home just before I put it on the market. Scott

We had a horrible experience with the Owner, Glen Goody. BUYER BEWARE! He is charging our credit card more than we agreed to. When we first called Maids in Dallas and Rockwall, Robert quoted us $375 for two maids for two hours so we booked it. The Maids were at our place for exactly two hours. Now, the owner Glen Goody is trying to charge us over $500. We had to dispute it with our credit card.

We started using the Maids 8 years ago. Our son was getting married and I did not have time to get ready for a wedding with lots of family coming in from out of town and clean the way I wanted. They did such a wonderful job, I continued using them. Love the way the house smells and shines on the days they clean. The customer service team feels like family after all these years. They always return my calls when I leave a message and make me feel like I am their only customer. I would highly recommend the Maids!!!
