Blane and Lakewood Window Cleaning are great to work with. They are professional and on time. They do a great job with cleaning my windows, inside and outside. They are quick and efficient. I highly recommend them.

This is my first negative google review. I only went with this company because I saw many positive reviews so I feel an obligation to let future customers know how negative my experience was...

I tried scheduling via email at first but they did not respond to that. After playing phone tag for a week with Blaine I had a date that they were scheduled to come. Then something popped up and they had to reschedule me, understandable. So after more phone tag and some back and forth texting we selected a new date... They never showed. Gave them a third chance and open availability for them to pick which date a time worked best. That time was for today and I even texted Blaine prior to confirm. No response. No show. Won't answer my calls now. It's the bare minimum to expect someone to show up at the time they are scheduled for. They could have at least called. Disappointed and will be sourcing window cleaning elsewhere.

I would strongly avoiding Lakewood company. They had washed my house previously and quoted a price to come out again. Once they came out they did a bait and switch and changed the price. I did not agree to that since I feel it's unethical. There are many other companies out there, find one you can trust. It's not Lakewood Window Cleaning.

I called and booked Lakewood Window Cleaning same day as I was preparing to sell my home. The team arrived on team and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Windows looked great.

Great experience! I was skeptical, because I’d had other providers that didn’t meet my expectations. My service included windows cleaning AND Powerwashing. These guys EXCEEDED expectation. They communicated effectively. David was polite and professional. They showed up early. They were neat and protected my property. In general, their service, was EXCELLENT at a fair and reasonable cost.

Lakewood window cleaning was wonderful. Even though it poured rained the next day - my windows still sparkled. Blaine was on time, courteous and extremely neat. He did all of my window tracks and sills. I felt like my entire house sparkled inside and out. I will definitely use them again. And very reasonable.

If you have never treated yourself to having your windows cleaned take my advice and get scheduled. My windows were so clear it was like there was no glass! I asked them to contact me for another appointment next year.

Needed my windows cleaned on the inside. They were very punctual and seemed to do good work. I have a couple of skylights which were present when they sent their representative to assess my needs and we specifically discussed them. When the employee came to clean the windows I was informed that he could not clean the skylights. Okay no problem, how dirty could they be. However, since the initial quote included cleaning the skylights I requested a modification of my bill. It never came. Instead, the bill I received was actually $17 dollars more than the original estimate. I would go elsewhere, especially if your needs are even remotely challenging.

The window cleaner arrived right on time. He proceeded to do the scheduled work expertly. I have a 1950s home with many small and some very large windows so I appreciated the good job that was done.

What separates good companies from great is …How do they handle a problem. We had a communication issue. They dealt with the issue in a professional manner and resolved it to our liking.
Oh… and the windows and gutters are FABULOUS !!!!

Lakewood has been cleaning my windows for .... well, as long as I have been using a window cleaner, more than 10 years. Tried a cheaper service one time and was not pleased with the outcome. And they are in the ballpark when I've done price comparison. I appreciate having a consistent service that I can trust, especially when they clean inside too.

What a wonderful job!! I had previously booked a different company and they never showed up. I am so glad they didn’t! Lakewood Window did a much better job at a better price and were here early to accommodate traffic. I will definitely call you again and recommend you to others!

Lakewood window cleaning showed up for me the day before I needed energy power washing and window cleaning. I was so impressed with their work. I will use them again and again and HIGHLY recommend them. Our house looked like it got a new paint job, after they were done. Best company in town...offering these services.
