The City Wide team is a great group of skilled professionals. No matter the size or scope of the project they consistently provide a great service. High Rise window washing, pressure washing, and anchor inspections are all done with precision and excellence.

I have not used their services but saw the news report showing two of their window washers dressing up as Spider-man & repelling down the building to the windows of the Oncology Playroom at Childrens Medical Center. What a wonderful surprise for these kids!!! A company that gives like that typically has wonderful employees and does great work!!!

Terrible. Last cleaning missed 2 levels 18 stories high. Soap and scum all over the windows from previous cleaning in November 2024. Came back said they would make it right and did not!!!!

Huge thanks to Dylan Kittrell and City Wide for making sure my windows are always clean! They've always been available to help me out with either regular service or cleanings for ownership visits on short notice.

I signed up for CityWide Cleaning service in Desoto Texas in August of 2024. I had to sign a contract and was scheduled to pay $1000 per month to have my 5,000 sf building cleaned 3 times per week.

Citywide will try to get you to sign up for an initial deep clean for the price of one months cleaning. Don’t do it. They didn’t come close to doing a deep clean-waste of money.

For the next several months I repeatedly had to tell them about sloppy cleaning jobs from their crews. They didn’t know how to mop floors in the right fashion. They looked worse after the job was done. They would empty trash bags in the building and not know that they were leaking fluids and we would come in the next day having to clean up their mess.

They have a designated project manager who stops by to check on the work. Nice guy but he could tell they were doing a lousy job. He sold me on waxing the floor. Paid $1000 with the understanding once they were waxed they would always look great thereafter. Within 30 days the gloss was gone. Scammed out of $1000 more.

If you are going to consider doing business with them find out who will be on the crew. They don’t know. They find a few willing people to clean your building after they sign you up. They are not CityWide employees.

I gave them 30 days notice and held 2 months worth of payments upon completion. They sent me to collections. Nice dispute resolution you bozos. These guys are know nothings when it comes to cleaning. They are worth half of what I agreed to pay.

I was on-site while City Wide did a compact atrium lift rental job for mounting signage inside our lobby. The team was skillful, the lift was in perfect shape. I could tell they had experience working in tight or busy spaces and got the job done well. We’ll call them again whenever we need similar work.
